The condo is centrally located in Poipu and is within a 5 min walk of the beautiful Poipu Beach and includes complimentary access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, includes full gym, tennis courts, resort style pool & water slide, located right across the street.

The second floor unit is set within the resort’s tropical grounds where you have views of the serene landscape.

Enjoy the island's fresh air from the lanai (balcony) where you can lounge or enjoy a cup of coffee. Kiahuna is a wonderful resort with easy access and amenities.

THE. Best place to stay in Kauai.

Kiahuna plantation is the spot to stay on the south side. Beach front and or 1 min walk- check Awesome amenities like rentals, towels, lounge chairs, and kid friendly beach with snorkel and awesome boogie boarding waves - check Fitness courts basketball pool (w/slide) and more - check Walkable shopping eating places - check Shorts drives to best beaches for sea turtles cliff jumping, and snorkeling - check Ac, boogie boards with beach chairs already there, and the family space - check I couldn’t say anything more or check anything more off. Seems like everyone came down this way, so perfect place to already be. Will stay here and with Sam again.

Responsive host, nice top floor unit w AC which I didn't think we'd need but appreciated. Easy walk to beach, quiet and comfortable.

Functional in great location -condition and comfort of unit sub-par

The location is great, interaction with property management is good and easy. Helpful that it has a cooler and frozen packs for day trips. The condition of the unit is functional but can tell not much pride in the ownership of the unit...towel bar broken, paint needed over old bathroom fixture holes and other marks on walls, two large coffee appliances taking over one side of already small kitchen counter, decor of unit is mismatch of wall items, older decorative pillows in bedroom...not unified. Old worn kitchen towels and dishcloths. Floor tile grout could be cleaner.

Excellent location.

Exactly what we needed and we’d definitely stay here again. Enjoyed our stay and this lovely area of Kauai. This is a great area with easy access to the gems of Kauai.

Great place for a family with younger children

Walking distance to its own stretch of beach and a 3 minute drive to calmer waters for youngins'. BBQ grills also available, and this unit is close to the community gardens. The unit itself is clean and on the third floor. It was spacious enough for my family of four. Kids were able to sleep in the pull out sofa bed. Includes 2 body boards and 3 beach chairs and an umbrella. Only minor issue was the laundry room. The soap vending machine was out of order and only available from staff during business hours. So bring your own if you plan on doing laundry after hours.

Great Piopu apartment

We had a fantastic stay in Poipu in Sam's apartment. The apparament had everything we needed and location is great. Easy checkin and Sam is very nice.

Location is good. But outdated property

Everything was smooth with location and manager. Place needs updating, Old appliances, walls that are not looking well, and old carpet that seems worn and hard to tell if clean due to brown color- Should not have carpet. Bathroom is also very outdated. The property gorounds are very pretty. Disappointed that restaurant is closed on location as we loved the restaurant in the past but the gardens are very nice and it is a very short walk to great beaches and close to restaurants and shopping as well

South facing Lanai

The third floor condo was perfect for the two of us. Center of focus is the Lanai/porch facing yet screened from the ocean by a gorgeous, enormous blossom covered tree. Bedroom has a comfortable, wide bed, ample closet, and dressers. Living area has plenty of seating and an unused pull out bed. The small kitchen was remarkably outfitted with ALL the conveniences of home. Dining table of natural edged planks was appropriate. But you’ll spend your time feeling the breeze or shade and watching the sunsets and the moon change phases.

A chef’s paradise in paradise plus AC

The property is fantastic. The unit is well furnished, and has great AC. If you like to cook, you’ll appreciate everything in the kitchen. It’s a top floor unit, which meant no neighbors stomping about. We were very happy with this well stocked and comfortable condo two minutes walk to the sand.
