Awesome location!

Small, upscale, gated development of townhomes. Great location, close to downtown Gilbert, short walk to restaurants, breweries, etc.Property was perfect, clean, very quiet, very comfortable beds/pillows, cool and unique private roof deck with view of Heritage District that you won't find elsewhere.Will be back, thank you to the hosts!

Great Stay!

We love downtown Gilbert! We have stayed at these condos two times prior, but this was our first time staying at this exact property. The property managers were great to work with and super responsive. Check-in was simple. They didn't have a travel crib but provided one after our request. The condo is super clean and has a great floor plan. The location is awesome and walking distance to shopping, dining and even the Saturday Famer's Market. All in all, we had the best stay!We did miss having televisions in all the rooms, but that was our fault for not reading the description better. The only room that had a TV was the primary bedroom. We would've loved sitting on the patio just outside the family room, but unfortunately, there wasn't any patio furniture to use. There was furniture on the rooftop, but we would've utilizing the extended living area on the main floor. The drapes on the main floor are difficult to open. One of the handles is missing and they don't really open without pulling hard on them (which made me nervous...) to make them move across the track. They have two types of pillows on the beds. My husband liked the firm ones, but the softer ones are very broken down and lumpy. I had to use the soft and hard pillows to find a happy medium. The only reason I mention all of this is so the property managers are aware and can take action and address issues, which I completely believe they will. Even with these minor issues, we still had a lovely visit!

Great Location!

Wonderful location and great townhouse. Rooftop sunrise/sunsets were amazing. Walking distance to a lot of Gilbert fun. Highly recommend. Great communication and very helpful when we had questions.

February Vacation

We stayed at this property with two other couples, and it was perfect!! The location is amazing! We enjoyed daily walks to downtown Gilbert, where there was SO much to do! While our husbands golfed, us girls enjoyed sitting on the rooftop patio where we thoroughly enjoyed the warm, beautiful Arizona weather. I highly recommend this property to all. I look forward to our return!!

Great Space and Location

Needs some work

Outside furniture falling apart. Bird poop all upstairs on patio water heater broke tv having issues. Could not get into community pool. The townhouse is nice and we have stayed at many of these. This one needs some tlc. Their response was great but lots of things broken and just needs some love.

Great townhome in the heart of Gilbert

My family just returned from a lovely visit in Gilbert. This townhome was very clean and comfortable and conveniently located to downtown Gilbert. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, etc to choose from. We plan to stay here again when back in the area!

Beautiful townhome in Heritage district

We stayed for several nights, booked as it’s close to downtown Gilbert. Pros: The place was immaculate and nicely decorated. Location was perfect to walk to restaurants. Rooftop patio was private and fun. Comfy beds. Nice towels and linens, kitchen had everything we needed. Checkin was a breeze, host was on top of everything and responsive! Cons (and these very minor!!): key fob didn’t work for pedestrian gate - looked like it was down for everyone, we just went through the vehicle gate. This being Arizona, groundskeepers were out at 7am Saturday, Sunday, and Monday- bring earplugs!

Perfect Stay

This property is wonderful! We stayed for 3 nights for a volleyball tournament nearby. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The home was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

Family Wedding

First the place is beautiful and clean! Contact with host was easy and very responsive. Had a slight problem with a power outage in one room and wifi due to a loose wire ( can happen to anyone) after explaining the importance of needing it asap the owner did the absolute right thing and listened to me and got it fixed asap! Will definitely stay again and recommend to all I know! Great location!

Perfect location

We didn’t spend much time in the space, because if it’s prime location to downtown. Left the car in the garage and enjoyed the short walk to restaurants. The pool was quiet and peaceful and the rooftop deck was great at sunset. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great Location

We really enjoyed this property the location is perfect. Being from the area for 30 yrs and then coming back for a family wedding. It is well kept, clean and comfortable beds. The kitchen has the necessary items but could use a few more plates and utensils,"no complaints at all" We will for sure stay again when we come back Highly recommend

Girls Trip

We came to Gilbert to celebrate my niece’s bridal shower and had an excellent stay!! The place was beautiful and we all had a wonderful time. Everything was immaculate and not one complaint. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and a relaxing pool. We would definitely book again!!!
