Place was great. Easy to get to, close to downtown, lots to do in the area, and the room was great. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

A beautiful, impressive space and great location. No need to contact owner throughout entire process because everything was seamless! Difficult to leave this home and neighborhood after 10 days!

A perfect place to stay in downtown IC!

We so enjoyed our stay! Beautifully appointed, immaculate, spacious, and loved the views of sunset. The location is right in the middle of everything! We loved it and will definitely be back in the future.

Iowa Friendsgiving Meal

We had a wonderful early Friendsgiving at this VRBO. Communication with the owner was flawless and there was plenty of space to feel comfortable while we were inside. Proximity to campus is amazing. Very quiet unit that is nicely maintained.

Stylish modern space in great location

We really liked the place- nice modern apartment in a great location with a small balcony. Many restaurants nearby that we like, and underground pkg was easy. Wished they had a small dresser in the closet to unpack clothes and directions for the tv/ but we figured it out- definitely recommend!

Awesome Condo

Host was very kind and responsive, condo was beautiful and very clean, and the location is wonderful! Very walkable and in the heart of campus life. It would be nice if parking was in the same building, but it was close enough (although beware
 parking in the garage is very tight). We would definitely come back to stay again!

Place was wonderful

The only thing that would make this better would be some local information. In past VRBO the owner left suggestions on good places to try and local events coming up. We usually have an agenda on our trips but we are always open for something new. Thanks for the comfortable stay.

Peaceful oasis

I needed a quiet location to work and be near my son transitioning to college. This was perfect. Coffee across the street, small grocery on the corner and live music right below on Thursday night.

Beautiful Condo

Thank you very much. This is a beautiful and immaculate unit. Very close to UoI and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The unit is equipped with everything you need. Great views and comfy king size bed.

Perfect for visiting UI student!

This condo exceeded my expectations! I was in town for a long weekend visiting my college student. My husband was unable to stay so our daughter was able to take a break from dorm life and stay with me. It’s in a perfect location to walk most places we wanted to go. Upon arrival, everything was spotless! Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. I even had a quick question for our host Aaron who promptly replied. I’ve already recommended this condo to another family member who is interested in visiting Iowa City and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Great property in great location.

Great property in a great location about a block from the heart of downtown. Two bathrooms are a huge plus. Parking is nice, but not in the same building. Access to the garage seems to only be through the garage door. No building or exterior door access to the garage. So to get to your car you have to put the garage code in and walk down the ramp. The only things I'd recommend are window coverings in the main area if you advertise it as sleeping 4 people using the sleeper sofa, the floor-to-ceiling windows aren't very private late at night.

Stylish spot in great location

We lived in Iowa City for 25 years and were back there visiting friends after long absence. This condo on the now-hip "north" side is just perfect. Can walk to everything in downtown. Clean, well-appointed, and an amazing view from the wall of windows. Bed good, nice array of pillow choices! Best of all: Aaron, the host. We had a start-up glitch with the heat. Called Aaron. He answered and was immediately responsive. Sent a person who lives in the building. Fixed in minutes. Aaron was unfailingly pleasant and helpful in every interaction (I had a couple of questions before we went). The condo is modern and cool. The host is old-fashioned warm. Nice mix. Would stay there again.
