Welcoming host. Very clean, easy entrance and exit. Comfortable bed, great TV and everything we needed in the kitchen.

A very cosy room and fairly close to town and campus, though 10 minutes is an exaggeration except for a few outlier businesses (I'd say 15-20). The place had everything I needed. The only downside is the thin walls cause you to hear even the smallest of noises from neighbors, especially plumbing, so if you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs.

The space was perfect for a short parents weekend trip to Iowa City. The host was great & very responsive. Checking in & out was very easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient place close to downtown Iowa City.

Great Place to Stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for a couple! Nice, quiet and very easy to find. The location is great. Rick made the check in process easy and everything that was listed on this was true. Will definitely be staying again!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

We had a truly excellent stay at Rick’s place in Iowa City. It was spotless, very comfortable, and walkable to downtown and football. We’ll look to stay here again on our next trip to IC!

Perfect for what we needed it for. Quick parents weekend to Iowa with everything you need! Kitchen, bathroom and a wonderful big size king bed. Super clean and very updated. Communication with owner was great. No problems checking in or out. Would recommend staying there, and as a matter of fact we are staying again in November. Looking forward to it.

Great place but thin walls/noisy vents

This place is as advertised. Small, cozy and clean. The king bed was very comfortable. Rick was great. 10-15 minute walk from downtown Iowa City. The big problem is that noise travels from the upstairs through the walls and vents. And with extremely amorous neighbors who were up late and then surprisingly were at it again at 7am both mornings, unfortunately didn't make for a restful weekend for us.
