Brand new one bedroom first floor unit with walk in shower in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. Less than a 2 minute walk to the farmers market, Round Lake, bars, restaurants, the movie theater, grocery store and shopping. There is an electric vehicle charging station and 24-hour gym out the back door!
One bedroom and one bath studio. Living area with a Samsung Frame TV and modern European gas fireplace addition coming this fall! Quartz counters, Devol faucet from England and inset custom cabinetry. A Smeg fridge along with a Smeg cooktop, toaster oven and Nespresso coffee maker complete our small but fully functional kitchen. Sofa, seating and bed are from Restoration Hardware and Serena & Lily. Full Spectrum cable tv along with high speed WiFi.

Very comfortable. Cozy and well stocked. The bed slept very well and it was good to have an extra comforter. It was a super cold and snowy weekend but we felt snug.

This place was great! Very cozy and nicely done. We had everything we needed, kitchen looks new and bathroom shower looks new and the shower head and pressure was amazing! And loved the little fire place!Just the right size for the two of us. And the bed was also very comfortable. We would definitely come back here again!

Weekend getaway with my husband and this studio was a perfect place to stay! Walking distance to all of downtown Charlevoix. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with absolutely lovely appointments…We have fallen in love with Charlevoix, and this property added to the town’s charm. There was plenty of room for two with a great setup. With Venetian Days going on, we were concerned about noise, but the building is so well insulated that we could hear very little happening outside. The bed was comfortable, and although we didn’t use the kitchen for anything but keeping and warming up a few restaurant leftovers, it had anything you could need for stovetop and toaster oven cooking.

Fabulous birthday weekend

My husband and I spent my birthday weekend in Charlevoix. The cottage we stayed at is adorable! The ambiance is casual, comfortable, quaint and well decorated. The Art on the walls and Knick-knacks provided the perfect Amount of color. The gardens surrounding the cottage is beautiful, it’s what attracted me to this property. I called the owner for help understanding the tv/cable and the stove top, the owner promptly came over and fixed the issues. Between the beautiful curb appeal, quaint interior and excellent location to dining and shopping, this is the perfect place to stay. owner came over amount of color
