Pointes North Inn est l'une des suites en copropriété uniques de Charlevoix qui réservent comme une chambre d'hÎtel. Livre de la vie privée de l'appartement, séjour pour l'hospitalité.

Ce condo 1 chambre dispose d'un lit king-size avec un lit queen-size. Belle sombre wainescoating de bois vous accueille dans le couloir.

Il y a une table de cuisson en verre dans la kitchenette prÚs de la table avec des siÚges pour deux. Il y a un lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes convection four et un réfrigérateur de plus petite taille.

La télévision par cùble est dans le salon et la chambre.

Le canapé-lit queen est dans le salon avec une chaise séparée. La salle de séjour est la terrasse ouverte de plain-pied avec des siÚges pour deux.

Pointes North Inn a haute vitesse Wi-Fi dans tout le bùtiment et coin buanderie exploité au deuxiÚme étage. Une salle de fitness est situé sur le niveau le plus bas de l'immeuble avec un appareil de musculation, vélo elliptique, tapis roulant et vélo stationnaire. Dans le hall, il y a des siÚges pour le petit déjeuner continental qui surplombe la piscine intérieure / extérieure. La section intérieure de la piscine est ouverte toute l'année, tandis que la section extérieure est fermée Octobre à mai.

Tout cela, Ă  un jet de pierre du centre-ville de Charlevoix la belle.

We love coming to Charlevoix and staying near the downtown. This property is conveniently located and the accommodations comfortable for twopeople. The Vue wine bar is a stone’s throw away with a spectacular sunset view.

Great location, easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Easy entry after hours. Overall accommodations were fine - couch was pretty worn, bed was generally comfortable, we are just used to our foam mattress and this is a coil mattress. Nice place to stay overall.

Communication with the host was great, quick and clear responses throughout the process. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make the trip due to extremely poor road conditions, even after trying to drive there. We are from west Michigan, and while we understand “up north” Michigan weather can be unpredictable, the strict no-refund policy was disappointing given the circumstances. Even a partial refund or credit toward a future stay would have gone a long way in making the experience feel fair and encourage repeat bookings. The property itself looked great, but the inflexible policy is the main reason for our 3-star rating.

The location of the rental was great. However, the unit was tidy, but dirty. The pillows were disgusting. There was a note about not staining the towels with makeup and sunscreen yet the towels were all stained. Also, the listing description was a newly renovated model. Not the case. The toilet seat was hanging on by a thread. The televisions were the size of computer monitors with a remote that had dead batteries so the TV couldn’t even be used in the bedroom. The communication to check-in was great. Very easy to understand.

Labor Day Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Labor Day with our two kids and dog. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Management is always so accommodating with our dog, bringing fresh towels and suggesting things to better our stay. We will be back again!

Lack of restaurant choices for a medium price meal was poorThe toilet did not flush properly, and water in tank did fill properly. Calls and texts to the after hours number were ignored. Staff did not arrive timely to discuss the issue. We found the maintenance man who said he would fix the toilet. Upon returning, the problem remained unfixed. The sliding glass door did not lock properly. The bedroom was hot and stuffy. There was no obvious way to adjust the template as the thermostats could not be adjusted. Prime Location and Pet Friendly

Perfect location to walk downtown to restaurants and shops. We loved being able to travel with our small dogs as well. Well equipped and fun to use the indoor heated pool as well. My only suggestion to make it even better - - - needs to be updated in the bathroom. Older tile and tub that makes it a little drab.

Great for a couple.

There is no wall between the bedroom and bathroom. It is great for couples, but a couple and another adult is a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise a great place. Like I said great for a couple.

The property and it location were perfect for what I needed. My only complaint is that the pool was WAY overchlorinated and the smell of chlorine was strong even in the hallway leading to our room. Someone needs to monitor the pool chemical levels there

Great location, cheap/old finishes.

Location is fantastic, walkable to everything and downtown Charlevoix and Michigan beach. The condo itself left a little to be desired, the furniture in the living room was all very worn (the couch was really broken down, and the wicker chair was falling apart). You can tell the owners have put some money into updating (floors, kitchen) but the bathroom/ceilings, etc all were very dated. The housekeeping staff kept the unit cleaned well.

This property appeared more desirable in the photos. The couch was old and uncomfortable. There was mold in the shower. TV was small and did not provide local channels.
