This two bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse features modern updates, a large back courtyard, huge televisions, a full kitchen, and so much more. It is the private residence of the host, but is available for guests, and is set up with guest accommodation in mind. Located just two blocks from the entrance to the beautiful Brandywine River and State Park, and blocks from downtown Wilmington, it is well situated for discovering Wilmington. Street parking available directly in front of the house (metered during weekday business hours).

Absolutely wonderful spot, better than the pictures. Pretty quiet for downtown and it had everything you could need. Will definitely try to stay again here if I’m ever in the area

The house is clean and comfortable with many amenities and within walking distance of parks and restaurants and museums. The host was very easy to connect with.

Great Wilmington Property

This is an excellent property. Great location, clean and functional and the host is terrific (extremely responsive and takes great pride in his product and your experience). Master bedroom bed and TV are exceptional. I would recommend to anyone, particularly a business traveler.

Son's wedding trip

Fabulous townhome a stones throw away from a beautiful river walking path. The house was perfect for our family of 6. The host was fantastic and so quick with responses. The host provided so many extras! If in the area, we would love to stay again.

We stayed for show that got postponed but this property was what we expected. The neighborhood was so close to the opera house. The house was clean and was perfect for our group. Beds were comfortable. We will be back when the show is scheduled again. The property managers were easily available for any questions
