THE PROPERTY:

Experience comfort and style in our Mediterranean-style home with modern furnishings, located in the desirable Agave subdivision. This spacious 2-story, 2200 sq ft home features 4 Bedrooms, including a master suite on the 1st floor, 3.5 baths, an upstairs game room, and a private backyard deck with built-in hot tub.

Master Suite (Bedroom 1):

The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and features a king size platform bed with a large wooden dresser to store your clothes, a 65” TV with ChromeCast to enjoy your favorite shows in private, and a bench to sit and relax. Two windows look out onto the private backyard deck. A barn door leads to the master bathroom and large walk-in closet.

The master bathroom features a double vanity and a unique spa-like shower with a large 20" ceiling-mount rainfall / waterfall shower system with 6 body jets for an unmatched shower experience!

The master closet has plenty of storage for your clothes and all the things needed for your little ones including a high chair, pack ‘n play crib, and a separate crib-size mattress. The closet is large enough to set up the crib allowing your little one to have their own room while staying connected to the master suite.

Red Room (Bedroom 2):

The “red room” is located upstairs at the end of the hallway and features a king size platform bed, a walk-in closet, and has a spacious seating area surrounded by windows showcasing picturesque views of our beautiful courtyard Crate Myrtle tree as well as the unique homes in our neighborhood. Grab your favorite book and get cozy in this sought after room.

Black & White Room (Bedroom 3):

The “black & white room” is located upstairs to the left of the hallway and features a queen size platform bed and a closet to store your clothes.

Kids’ Room (Bedroom 4):

The “kids’ room” is located at the top of the stairs and is perfect for the little ones with two twin beds in a bunk bed configuration, a TV so that they can watch their favorite shows in their own space, and a nightstand that doubles as a dresser for clothes storage. Although designed for kids, this room will also comfortably sleep up to two adults.

Other Sleeping Arrangements:

A queen-size inflatable mattress with built-in pump and associated linens are located in the upstairs linen closet at the end of the hallway. You can inflate the mattress in the game room or living room as needed. The living room and game room couches can also be used to sleep.

Game Room:

The game room is located upstairs and has a great view overlooking the backyard deck and of downtown Austin. The game room is the perfect place to gather indoors and features a professional foosball table, an 85” smart TV with ChromeCast, a large sectional couch with an ottoman, a high-top table, and a variety of books and games for all ages. We also have a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods and mugs so that you can enjoy your morning coffee without having to go downstairs to the kitchen.

Living Room:

The living room looks out to the private backyard deck and hot tub, and features an 85” smart TV with ChromeCast, a sectional couch, and barstool seating at the kitchen.

GUEST ACCESS:

We will send you your access code within 24 hours of your stay. The code will be active from 2:00 PM on your check-in day, unless you have arranged an early check-in.

To enter, use the code on the front door keypad. Press the lock button in the lower-right corner of the keypad to lock the door when you leave.

If the keypad is not functioning, a spare key is available in a lockbox in the front courtyard. We will provide the lockbox code if needed.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

Please keep all interactions on the VRBO app. If you cannot reach us there, you can text or call my cell phone.

For issues such as a missing amenity or a broken appliance, let us know, and we will address it promptly. Immediate attention is required for any plumbing, electrical, gas, HVAC, or safety issues.
