This beautiful , newly renovated luxury Studio is perfect for a couples getaway or just a relaxing trip. Small families welcome too. Full size Washer and Dryer Elegant and spacious bathroom, where your robe and slippers are waiting
Workspace available with Fast WiFi and a 32 inch monitor to plug your laptop into via HDMI. Mini Fridge and freezer . In the mini fridge you will find Brita Water,& sparkling water. The studio is very centrally located .
Beds will be made up with Egyptian cotton sheets where you can dream your cares away! Large TV with Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney plus and ESPN plus for enjoyment. The Backyard Oasis is designed for rejuvenation, a tranquil warm setting with Firepit in backyard. Reserve your smore's kit ,and create lasting memories .
A blast from the past with some Vintage Fun! Mrs,Pacman!:) Keurig (Coffee and Tea) will be provided. The studio is mins away from downtown vista where you find excellent local restaurants ,bars, and see a great movie at the Vista Cinépolis . So many attractions close by, LEGOLAND and Wild Animal Park within a 30 min drive. Great local shopping and at local malls ,and visit the Carlsbad Outlet. We are nearby the beach's Oceanside ,Carlsbad and Cardiff. Close to Oceanside Harbor.

This was an adorable little spot! Me, my husband and our husky stayed they were very nice to all three of us. I loved the coffee and seasoning options! This was the best vacation rental I’ve ever been in hands down.

Little staycation

The location was perfect, my mom & I took my son to Legoland for his 6th birthday. The house was warm & cozy in a perfect location. We were only 20 minutes from the park with close access to delicious local food spots & the perfect outdoor shopping area. Maria was a great host, she replied incredibly fast & had the sweetest story to her casita. We will be staying again when we go back next year!

Home away from home...

This property was the perfect solution for us to come for a lengthy stay to welcome our new grandson. Maria is both attentive and responsive, and the home has all the comforts and amenities to make this a truly 5 Star experience. The property is conveniently located to shopping, Enterprise car rental, St. Francis of Assisi church, and access to major highways vis 78. We truly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of our extended stay and we highly recommend this property to a single or couple in need of a clean, safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Vista!

Very pleasant stay

Everything was in great shape and well appointed, we enjoyed our stay which included our dog. We stayed for over a month and the washer and dryer were a huge bonus. Parking was right in front, kitchen had everything we needed. Maria was very attentive and took care of all our needs One item that we didn't realize was the fenced yard was not directly accessible from the studio so we could not just open our door and let him out, this was the only item that surprised us as it was not evident from the listing. All in all we would highly recommend it!!!!!!

Family Legoland Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this cool cozy studio apartment! Maria listened to all the adjustments to make our stay very comfortable and welcoming. Our family enjoyed our stay even with our young 3 yr old neurodivergent son. The amenities were a plus, they had everything we needed, including a high chair. The place was super clean and having a laundry room was a plus. An awesome touch was the little pac-man arcade it brought back childhood memories. That we could share with our child. This stay was great very relaxing and we would recommend it to any couple or small family that wants all the amenities and close to many fun activities or places to visit in Carlsbad, Vista, Oceanside, Escondido or San Diego. It was the perfect spot and Maria the Host was amazing at taking care of all our needs. Definitely exceeded my expectations and hoping to come back again! 5 STARS!

Studio needs some improvement.

The studio was smaller than the photos portrayed. Overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The absence of cable (only streaming services were available) was very frustrating. This was indicated in the initial posting, however we were new to streaming and needed a lot of assistance finding NFL games, etc. The add-on bidet is installed on a low toilet and took up enough space on the seat to make it uncomfortable for a man to utilize the toilet. The bbq grill was filthy - hadn’t been cleaned and had rust and mold. The outdoor fenced yard area was appreciated, as we were there with a dog. We felt it was overpriced based on the above comments.To the owner’s/host’s credit (Maria), she responded to each of our issues in a timely manner and rectified what she could, including replacing the bbq grates. She was very responsive and congenial throughout our stay.The studio was going to be renovated within several days after our departure.
