The building features the tallest mural in North County San Diego, painted by renowned international artist as a part of our artist-in-residency program. Our building was featured in San Diego Magazine's Travel Issue.

It was great being so close to the center of town. Despite being on a busy street and close to the train the noise didn’t bother us at all.

overall, the studio was amazing. It had all of the everyday necessities available which was very helpful. The location is nice; definitely walking distance from a few brewery’s and restaurants. I loved the modern feeling it had. However, the bed mattress was extremely hard and the pillows would flatten by the morning. The couch they currently have felt unsafe to sit on since it was wiggly. Despite the troubles, it was a great weekend stay :) I would def stay here again if and only if, the mattress is replaced LOL

Close to everything

The location was perfect for what I needed. The studio had everything you would need like soaps, lotion, seasonings, plenty of blankets, etc. Directions were straightforward and easy to follow. The noise level outside was a little loud for me at night when I was trying to go to sleep but not the owners fault. I would suggest having some recommendations in the binder for local places to eat. Everything was nice and clean and the studio was updated and had everything I could have asked for.

Right next door to 508!

This unit was the perfect location for my cousin during his visit to Vista. The unit has a cool vibe and we loved sitting on the front patio. My cousin had some special needs, and Kim was super responsive and accommodating! This was a great solution to our housing needs during his visit.

Beautiful Modern Place

We absolutely loved our stay. The check in process was easy and parking was only a few steps away. The place itself was so nice! we would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic modern loft in Vista

Quiet area, lots of good eats around. We definitely recommend this stay if you are coming to enjoy the area around Vista and San Marcos and San Diego!

Clean, comfortable and everything you need

This property was great. Everything was super clean, and the bedding was plush and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of pans, knives, and everything I needed for cooking. Kim’s instructions were easy to follow and the property was lovely. When I’m back in Vista, it’ll be the first place I check for lodging. Thank you Kim!

Urban delight

This is a very nice downtown Vista loft. Very clean, well thought out, comfortable accommodation. Secure parking. Walk ability to grocery, casual eateries and rapidly changing downtown Vista is the highlight. Under utilized rooftop deck and barbecue area is one of the best tables in town for those who don’t want to eat out all the time. Wholehearted recommendation as I am also a host and likely a bit picky. Thank you!

Immaculate studio downtown!

The apartment was absolutely stunning and clearly brand new. Stocked w everything you could need to cook at home and enjoy vista. Kim was quick to respond and provided everything I needed. The bed was comfy but the apartment is on the ground floor which got pretty noisy at night. There’s a bus stop right outside the window by the bed which runs all night (along with cars and trucks) and bright lights that don’t go off all night. However, after getting some ear plugs it was much better!

Mom/Daughter soccer trip

The property was in pristine condition. Everything in the unit was perfect and as described. The travern next door was wonderful and we are there twice, great ice cream and pizza within walking distance. This place is a steal if you can stay here for the SoCal complex.
