Bienvenue à la Casa de Elijah, un tout nouvel appartement-terrasse situé à quelques pas de la plage. Cet appartement fait partie d'un complexe résidentiel de charme de 12 logements (AguaMarina), idéalement situé dans la Zona Romántica. À quelques pas de la plage et à proximité du Malecón, des restaurants, des discothèques, des boutiques, des plages d’Ola Atlas et de Los Muertos, ainsi que de la jetée. <br><br>AguaMarina est un immeuble sécurisé, équipé d’un ascenseur, situé dans une rue calme qui débouche sur la plage d’Ola Atlas, à seulement 50 mètres de la porte d’entrée. <br><br>La Casa de Elijah est l’un des deux appartements situés au 6e étage (sans compter le rez-de-chaussée), avec la piscine sur le toit, la salle de sport et l’espace barbecue à quelques marches seulement. Cet appartement est un lieu de détente et de plaisir où passer du temps et profiter de la vue sur les montagnes et l’océan. <br><br>Chambre principale avec un lit king size et une salle de bains privative attenante. Deuxième chambre d’amis avec un lit queen size et une cloison coulissante qui se ferme et se verrouille pour une intimité totale. La chambre d'voyageurs dispose également d'un coin bureau ainsi que d'un accès à la deuxième salle de bains. L'appartement comprend un grand salon ouvert et lumineux ainsi qu'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un îlot pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. Il y a également un placard-buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Des matelas gonflables (queen et simple) sont disponibles si nécessaire (c’est-à-dire pouvant accueillir 6 personnes).<br><br>Linge de lit, serviettes de bain et de plage, ainsi que produits de toilette fournis.<br><br>INTERIORES MEXICANOS, l’une des agences de décoration d’intérieur les plus réputées de Vallarta, a meublé et aménagé l’appartement. <br><br>Aucun service de ménage n’est prévu pendant votre séjour, mais il peut être organisé moyennant un petit supplément.<br><br>C’est l’endroit idéal pour profiter des aventures passionnantes proposées à PV, mais aussi pour prendre le temps de respirer et de vous détendre au cœur d’une nature magnifique. <br><br>Profitez-en bien ! !

This is our third time to stay at Casa de Elijah. It’s well appointed, nice kitchen, balcony with nice furniture and ocean view. Always very clean, and Jesus is very friendly with us for checking in and taking care of problems. Kelly is an excellent host. The rooftop pool is kept very clean and the location is one of the best for walking into the Romantic Zone/Old Town or over the Rio Caule bridge into downtown and the Malecon / so many beautiful sculptures!

This is a beautiful apartment, exactly like listing. Kelly was responsive to all our questions and a great host. The location is terrific.

Amazing Location

We couldn’t have hoped for a better located rental! This property was an easy walk to anything and everything we wanted. The unit was clean and comfortable and the owner was very communicative prior to our arrival. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great condo, great location

This condo is very nicely appointed and has great amenities. It has everything you need for a short term or long term stay. Located in a secure building in a great location in the Romantic Zone, it is perfect for exploring the RZ and Centro. Loved sitting on the balcony and hearing the ocean!

Perfect first trip to PV

Kelly’s property was beautiful. Well kept and well appointed with excellent views of both the ocean and the hills. It was very clean and quiet. I appreciated that it was well stocked with beach towels. It was a perfect place for myself and my friends to stay and enjoy the romantic zone.

Beautiful condo and Excellent location

Second time in this 12 unit complex. Great location for walking anywhere and enjoying the many wonderful restaurants and bars. Always meet new friends and see many old friends from prior visits. This is a very clean, very safe place and lots of special touches.

Short Stay in PV

This was a great place to base. Less than a block to the beach and boardwalk. A grocery store within a few blocks. A pharmacy right next door. We got massages a block away. Great view from the condo. Jesus was a good communicator.

Perfect Location and Building Size

I stayed here with my husband and 2 teenage sons. The location is perfectly located to see all the fun parts of PV. The rooftop pool was so nice and with a beautiful view. The property felt safe and was very clean. The building only has several units so it stays quiet and the pool and gym area of empty whenever we went. It felt like it was private. Will for sure come here again.

Wonderful 2nd visit!!

We’d stayed at this property a year ago for our 40th anniversary. No doubt, it was our first choice for a return visit. The condo itself is very well maintained, good security/easy checkin. The manager met us upon arrival, we unpacked and headed out! The location is most excellent. The perfect place to be for good food, great small bars, and nice view of beach and the city. Private pool (12 units) on roof and, up one stairway from this top unit. Very nice all around!

The place is fantastic!

10 day trip to PV to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Everything was perfect! Super Clean unit. Jesus met us and was wonderful. Small nuances that I loved about this place: clear directions on how to use the washing machine and other appliances. Same for AC and ceiling fans. The location is outstanding!!!!!

Wow great location. Great coffee right next door. Great restaurants all within walking distance. Grocery store a block and a half away. Condo is nicely appointed and kitchen well stocked. Lovely location

Location was perfect and accessible to everything we wanted to do. In the morning there was a wonderful instrument playing outside. I’m not sure what kind of instrument but I looked forward to hearing it every morning and hearing the birds chirping along.

Beautiful condo

The condo is new and beautiful. So happy we found this gem. Modern chic design and comfortable beds. We walked to places to eat but the kitchen is well furnished had we chose to cook. You can find good coffee at local coffee shops to make yourself. The location is perfect. Steps away from the beach, all the shopping and restaurants of Zona Romantica. Local residents are friendly. Rooftop pool is a nice place to enjoy day or night.

This place was literally the best place I have staying in PV, and maybe anywhere. I hesitate to tell you about this because I'm afraid it'll be booked next year. But really, it's beautiful inside the condo, and the whole building. It's mostly quiet with some small exceptions. The balcony is great to have morning tea. The location is like 1 minute from the beach and right in the heart of where you want to be to walk everywhere.

Absolutly Amazing!!!

5 stars is not enough stars for this property. Absolutly loved the location, the amenities, the staff, everything was top notch. They have thought of every detail. Even on day 3 or 4 we were finding things that we didnt even know where included such as a beach mat, cooler bags and so much more. The hospitality of the front desk was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed our daily spanish lessons and kindness. The location was great and always felt safe. Cant wait to come back!!!
