Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The view and patio can’t be beat! The apartment is comfortable and nicely decorated; the pools are great; and the gym in building is well equipped. Ubers and taxis made for easy transport around town (though it’s true the entry road is filled with potholes!). Highly recommended.

Lovely suite with gorgeous views

We loved staying at this property. Everything was clean, well maintained and super comfortable. The views were outstanding with daily whale shows and lots of activity on the ocean below.

Great spot to relax and explore

Great communication and very accommodating. When we showed up early, the Hugo let us get in before check in. The location is great. Walkable to many places and a 6 uber to the main tourist area. I’d stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay here, the place was beautiful and close to groceries and easy access to downtown. We were a little worried about construction noise but lucked out with very little.

Loved it!

We recently spent 3 days in this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo and had an amazing time! The large balcony with stunning views was the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The condo itself was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a cozy stay. The beds were super comfy, and the location was ideal - just a short Uber ride away from the MalecĂłn, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. We'd definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Puerto Vallarta!

Fantastic ocean front views and access. Property was very clean, had all the essentials needed in kitchen. We stayed 2 weeks and the staff/ security were all gracious and helpful. Great central location. Pool’s and amenities rooms always well maintained.

We had a great stay here! The place looks just like the photos; very clean, comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathrooms is amazing. The pools were beautiful, and we loved having direct access to the beach. The building also felt really safe since security checks you in every time.The location was super convenient ; only 10–15 minutes by Uber to the city center, the Malecón, and lots of good restaurants. There’s even a little OXXO about a six-minute walk away, which was very handy. We had one small issue during our stay, but the host’s communication was excellent and they sent a handyman the very next day. The only things to note are the bumpy road leading in and the beach in front of the hotel (Las Glorias) is a mix of rocks and sand, so if you’ve got sensitive feet (like me!) you might prefer checking out Los Muertos Beach instead, which is sandier and has a fun vibe. but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great Oceanside experience

Loved the space and gorgeous deck. The view was fantastic! Kitchen could have a few basics like salt, oil for cooking. Wifi password should be visible on the premises. Not waiting for a response when you have to go out to find wifi.

Gorgeous balcony views

We had a wonderful stay at this unit for our Day of the Dead trip. The unit is very nice, clean, furnished and stocked well. Everything to meet our needs. The views from the balcony especially the sunsets are great. The pool area is really nice - multiple pools and good number of chairs. Beach access is great. As some of the reviews state part of the road is fairly rough to the condos but the taxis and Uber drivers knew where it was and had no problems getting there. We walked to the grocery store that was nearby.

First our reservation wasnt on the system with the reception, tried to call the host and no response, the host only responded to the reception lady.The street that leads into the hotel is sketchy and looks like a war zone. The building has so many rules that you feel unwelcomed and you cant really enjoy your stay. You have to ask for permission every tume you want to go to the beach. The staff is constantly looking if you are doing something wrong in the pool area. Despite all the rules, crazy loud music from other apartments was permited all night nonstop.The apartment was nice but the water leaked when you got a shower, and the other shower overflows. All looks good apart from that inside the apartment. Great view.I wouldnt come back.

Gorgeous and Peaceful

This was the best experience. The home is beautiful and welcoming. The balcony space was perfect for reading and relaxing. We watched whales every morning. The pool space and beach were really nice. We will definitely recommend to our friends and request to stay again. While all my questions did get answered, I would have been less of a PITA to the owner, if there was a book on the table containing everything a guest would need to know like wi-fi passwords, tv, where the gym is located, where to dispose of trash, etc. would have been very helpful. Once we had all that down....GREAT TIME!

Construction

There was so much construction going on. The outside area of the entrance was muddy. Hard to get into there were a lot of buses in the way. I don’t know if they were two or buses or what they are, but they were lined up, Construction workers look like they’re staying out front and some kind of makeshift house there’s trash and chickens and dogs and cats. The unit was nice very clean very well. Taken care of the host were easy to communicate extremely helpful. This would be a nice place once the construction is completed.

Excellent Ocean View

Our 2 week stay was wonderful. The complex and condo were very well maintained. Some instructions about the condo and pool wifi settings along with recommendations of restaurants would have been helpful for us. The condo had tons of storage in the bedrooms and throughout. With the new tower being built next door there was construction noise from before 8 in the morning until after dark, but we got used to it. One negative we had in the condo was that there was no hot water in the bathroom sinks and the water pressure was very slow, and I did not get a response as to why, but the showers were nice and hot. The road to the complex is very rough and there are no street lights at night so going out was a little uncomfortable. Once the new tower is complete they will hopefully work on improving the street. We would definitely recommend this condo.

La vue Ă  un million de dollars

L’appartement est vraiment gĂ©nial. Le point fort est dĂ©finitivement le grand balcon. Nous avons adorĂ© y regarder les couchers de soleil et nous avons pu y voir de nombreuses baleines. L’appartement et le complexe en gĂ©nĂ©ral sont trĂšs sĂ©curitaires et propres. La literie et les lits sont de premiĂšre qualitĂ©, quel plaisir de s’endormir au son des vagues. La communication avec Hugo a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs facile. Nous avons passĂ© trois merveilleuses semaines dans ce condo ; nous n’hĂ©siterions pas Ă  y revenir.
