This unique retreat features two distinct houses side by side, with connected backyards! offering a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, ideal for large families or groups that want to vacation together and also have an opportunity to retreat and relax. The smaller, green house, has 2 bedrooms and a massive deck with a built in swim-spa and lots of space to hang outdoors. The larger, pink home offers 4 bedrooms.

BEAUTIFUL home next door to another beautiful home -- PERFECT for our family beach vacation! The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with, when necessary, and these homes next door to each other could not have been better with every amenity we could possibly need. Highly recommend booking!

Clean and well appointed homes with amazing outdoor spaces for all to gather. Fully stocked kitchens. Host was very responsive to needs that came up. We had a large group of adults; plenty of space to gather and private BRs with bathrooms for personal space. Beautiful!

Everything was top notch. Great locations. Excellent host. Beautiful house. Excellent amenities. Would stay here again for sure. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Excellent excellent excellent.

Simply AMAZING!

We had a group of 7 and loved the property! It is actually two separate houses with a connected back yard. The house backs up to the intercoastal and is only a few minutes walk from the beach. Also walking distance to Caddy's and a fun bar called Ka'Tiki. If you have a large group and want the best place to stay on Sunset Beach, this is the place.

Perfect place

We came to town for a funeral and stayed a few extra days. I’ve rented several homes before but this was by for the best one. The seating inside was great, with multiple seating areas. The outdoor seating was amazing. I have always found that there’s never enough, but this was not the case here. You could sit in the shade, in the sun, on the dock …seriously, I can’t say enough good things about the house. Also, some rentals are a hodge podge of mismatched pots, pans etc. I got such a kick out of everything that matched. Oh, and the towels, they were way better than my towels a home…I’d better up my towel game! I asked for an early check-in and Hendrik made it happen. You will not regret choosing this home.
