Overall, property is beautiful, clean, family friendly and felt safe. It was the perfect fit for my family of seven. Are hostess was outstanding and very easy with Communicating any questions or help that we may have needed. I would definitely recommend this property to others and look to booking in the new future.

The home was nice just some amenities hard to find or didn’t have. We had to search for outside cans, broom, no dish towels (nasty sponge) some areas that needed attention (an old smelly blanket in a basket that made the basement smell like a wet dog.)

The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 0 is because the property is actually nice. BUT, THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SAFE DUE TO THE HOST NOT CHANGING THE CODE TO THE FRONT DOOR! THE HOST ALSO DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SOMEONE ENTERING THE HOME DURING YOUR STAY WHILE YOU ARE NOT THERE. We returned to the property on our last night to a gentleman sleeping in one of the rooms that was not being used by our group. The man explained to us that he had stayed their the week prior with his team from Comcast and that the code was the same so he just let himself in and found a room for himself....When I spoke to the host, he tried to blame everything on the gentleman that entered our house and not the fact that the code was the same. He even asked the person who entered the house for compensation to help pay for OUR compensation. (Which only was offered if I would agree to give a 5 star review)

We’ve since changed our process: every stay now gets a unique door code, and all previous codes are deleted at checkout. Thank you for speaking up. Future guests will be safer because of it.

Property was generally clean but could use new paint, many stains on furniture. Dishwasher had a terrible sewage odor so we did not use it. Basement had a musty smell. Also no sponge or dishsoap. Very limited kitchen utensils, plates, bowls. Very limited towels provided. Nice sized living area, ac worked well and beds were comfortable. Host did not communicate check out instructions or any details about the property. Check in instructions were not provided 25 hrs prior and I had to inquire to receive them. There was also a chirping noise from the fireplace area that occurred roughly every 15 minutes the entire time we were there.

Family Weekend

The house was absolutely lovely. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our family group of 7. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch and the nice yard with the outdoor garden swing for two. It was a great location - as the description says, "10 min to everywhere."

Amazing stay in Ginter Park!

I booked this VRBO over the holidays so my family could each have a bed rather than cramming into our small house, and it was the perfect solution! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and everything is recently renovated. The host was extremely accommodating and was quick and helpful in his communication. If you're looking for a convenient home in Richmond's Northside, look no further!

New Years Eve Stay

I booked this stay last minute and was not expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised with this property! It was very charming all throughout the house; which by the way is very spacious. This pictures don’t do this house justice, the property was a 10/10. Host was great with communicating and even left snacks and drinks throughout the whole house.

The house slept 8. Seating for 5 in LR and 6 in DR. Icemaker/water dispenser broken. Kitchen had only a few dinner plates and soup sized bowls and less than 5 forks and spoons. Only one towel in shared bath for two queens. Electric plug in master bath did not work. No hair dryer as advertised. Temp controlled remotely. Froze during the day and at 10 pm it went to 75 degrees and then seemed to turn off. The host tried to remedy the place settings by sending us to the downstairs cabinet to get more. .

The Property is Great but NO AC

The property was in a nice neighborhood and was clean and spacious. However, the air conditioning on the first floor and basement was not working. I tried calling and texting the property manager several times, but received no response. I had to send him a message through VRBO to get a response. It was very hot, 90+ outside. He did not offer to do anything to help us out. I had to go and purchase fans so that we could some relief.

Clean, good location, and responsive host

The house was perfect for a girlfriends dinner. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Mustafa was a very responsive and helpful host and made sure we had everything we needed. He even left us snacks and drinks! Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again!
