If I could put down 10 stars I would! This place was amazing. Everything listed was exact plus more. Close to the beach, great price and the host is very friendly and easy to contact if any issues. Just like a 5 star luxury hotel with balconies and all! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all!

I loved my stay at this property! It was beautiful, spacious and exceptionally clean! The beach is 5 minutes walking distance. This was my 1st time booking with VRBO and the entire process was quick and easy. The host was available for any questions I had. I had a great stay! 10/10!

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful, new, modern townhouse on a quiet street. Really nice that all 4 bedrooms had their own en suite bathrooms. Great location - very easy to take the beach equipment provided by the host a couple of short blocks to the beach, and lots of entertainment / restaurants walkable or a short drive. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Overall, a great stay, and we would highly recommend.

We were in Jacksonville for our son’s wedding and this house was perfect! Quick walk to the beach and lots of restaurants close by. The house had plenty of space for the 7 of us adults. Loved that each of the 4 bedrooms had their own private bathroom. The host was great, very responsive and accommodating. I absolutely recommend this rental!

This is a really nice layout for multiple couples. Very comfortable, with a combination of private spaces and areas for groups to gather. It's nicely appointed and quite clean.Location is great, with a fine dining restaurant across the street and a handful of good restaurants within walking distance. The Luxe Villa is a great place to stay at Jacksonville Beach. One block from the beach, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plenty of room for our family of seven. The kitchen has everything you need! Bedrooms are spacious and far enough apart that you have privacy. I highly recommend it!

I met my husband who grew up here and we traveled the world together until returning to Jax to be closer to friends and family. I love real estate, design, and creating beautiful spaces so I'm proud to share the Eleventh Ave Beach House with our guests.

This home is located EAST of Third St/Hwy A1A so no dodging traffic with kids and beach bags in tow - it's a very short walk to the nearest public beach access. At the same time, you have the privacy and space that is lacking in many condos. Being a new construction home that was recently redecorated, every fixture and finish is in like-new condition so you feel like the first guest who has ever stayed. With a host who lives nearby, every detail is attended to and requests are quickly resolved.
