Escape to this luxurious home in South Jax Beach just two blocks from the ocean! Perfect for families, friends, wedding guests, and business professionals. Just ~10 minutes away from TPC Sawgrass and Mayo Clinic. 3 stories, 4 bedrooms, equipped with Tempur-Pedic Mattresses/3.5 bath, sleeps 8. Walk to basketball and tennis, pickle ball courts

To ensure you get the most out of your stay, here are some highlights:

- 4 bedrooms: 1 King, 3 Queen. Each bedroom includes a Tempur-Pedic Mattress (Master has adjustable split mattress).

- Plenty of closet space available

- Full kitchen, new pots and pans, knives and Keurig

- Smart TV in every room, login to stream any of your favorites! YouTube TV is included. All rooms, but one, have Sonos sound bar.

- Xfinity Internet: Gigabit Extra

- Towels and linens, including beach towels (and chairs!).

- Outdoor shower

- Great place for families! *pack n' play available on request.*

- Cozy turf & paver patio backyard, with games (cornhole!) and chairs to relax!

- Across the street from Huguenot Park: a scenic spot featuring a 3-acre stocked lake, fishing pier, boardwalk, playground, and tennis & basketball courts.

- 2 min walk to the beach.

- Laundry Room with washer + dryer.

- Free parking in driveway and public parking across the street

- Walk in shower in each bathroom. Water treatment system for hard water!

We have a smart thermostat in place in this unit and do limit temperatures due to environmental impact.

Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. Guests will use keypad to enter the house (code available before reservation), and lock up by pressing the SCHLAGE logo on the keypad.

We are local to the area and happy to provide recommendations to our guests during their stay!

These rules have been set in place for guest's safety and to respect our neighbors:
-Smoking or other use of tobacco products are prohibited
-Illegal substances are prohibited
-Firearms are prohibited
-Quiet hours between 11pm-7am
-Garage and owner's closets are locked for owner's storage.

We had a wonderful stay! The closets are HUGE (like bedroom size), so if you need more space for kids in addition to the rooms they advertise, this place is PERFECT! The kitchen had everything we need and it was super clean! Will look at staying her again when FL/GA is back in Jax!

AMAZING HOUSE

Definitely will be back to this location again. Accept for a longer stay next time! Super clean, spacious and a 40 second walk from the beach. Absolutely 10 thumbs up!

The host was more than accommodating, welcome note and snacks waiting to greet us after a long travel day was wonderful. The house is amazing with comfortable furniture throughout. We will definitely be back!!

Great home and location!

My family and I stayed here for a birthday weekend celebration and it was a wonderful experience. The house is in a perfect location too. With only steps to the beach, and also close to shops and restaurants, it’s the perfect location to just kick back and relax. I was very impressed with extra special touches by the hosts as they provided drinks and snacks on the first day so that when we checked in we would have a little something to get us started. The beds were super comfortable and the hosts also provide beach chairs, toys and towels. The home is beautifully decorated and a lovely stay, I highly recommend!

WOW factor

This home exudes quality on every level. All the beds are very comfortable. I needed a four bedroom with at least queen size beds & a tv in each bedroom with parking space for 3 vehicles. This home exceeded all expectations. The picures don't do it justice. The fact that I could reserve for a weekend instead of at least a week made it possible although I would have liked to stay longer. We were in town for a wedding. When walking to the beach we met some neighbors, all very friendly. I would recommend this home without hesitation.

Great set-up

Really enjoyed this vrbo. The house is only a couple blocks from the beach and walking distance to lots of places. Bedrooms and full baths are on 2nd and 3rd floors making it easier for all of the guests. Beds are really comfortable! Although I don't watch much TV, it's nice having tvs in each of the bedrooms for the guests. Could use a few more dishes but we went to the dollar store and grabbed a couple more during our visit. Would highly recommend!
