Wonderful location in Seagrove Beach. The unit was very clean and there were no issues at all during our week-long stay. We have visited different properties in Seagrove Beach and this one has by far been the best.

Fabulous location and fabulous condo group. Have stayed in The Palms before and love the area. Although the area and beach were perfect, the condo was in need of updated bathrooms and kitchen utensils and glasses. The mgmt company was so hard to reach and the client portal was very hard to navigate.

Outstanding View

We loved staying here quite simply because of the beautiful view of the ocean. A few days were quite windy but we were still able to enjoy the ocean because of the outstanding view from this condo! It created that calm relaxing visit we were looking for.

Great time away!

Property was very clean and just the right size for 2 people. The view and property are exactly what the pictures show and the condo sits in a very nice area. Close to the beach and all other amenities the area has to offer. The folks that take care of the booking are very quick getting back to you with any concerns or answers to questions you might have.

Beautiful Property and Location

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the property (although it was not brand new as described). Having the extra side windows being a 2nd floor corner unit made for fabulous views and a sunny space. Location to beach was just steps away, and had a lovely bike path in front of property (with 2 cruiser bikes), that ran aong 30A. Easy to bike to Seaside/Waterclor and Watersound. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location- gorgeous views!

Location was perfect! Easy to walk, bike or golf cart to many restaurants and shopping. The beach views were incredible and the condo is just steps away from the beach. Booking, check-in and check-out process was seamless. We had no issues while staying here and would return to The Palms for future trips! The only recommendation I have is that the condo is in need of a very good deep clean (ceilings, walls, shower, bathrooms). Other than that, I would recommend.

Great Place! Needs better management company

The location and the facility were excellent: 5/5 stars. Beautiful, well decorated place, gorgeous view, right on the beach, clean, easy parking, nice and comfy for 2. The management team was lacking: downloaded the app recommended, no code for access to the beach, when asked, was told it was in the app, it wasn't, had to be emailed. Or bicycle day, asked about bkess, told they were available, we did the legwork to find them, ended up taking pix of bikes available, none were from the rental company, then no follow thru. Was a great stay, just could have been better with adequate management.

Fabulous condo on the Gulf shore!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow - amazing condo, very clean, beautifully decorated, Kitchen fully stocked, very comfortable king bed, an awesome rental agency and steps from the Gulf shore! Balcony was beautiful for breakfast and dinner, sounds of the rolling waves and incredible sunrises and sunsets. We really enjoyed biking all around this area. So much to see. This unit and rental agency were second to none. First time to Florida's panhandle and we will return - to this unit!!!!! Thank you Oversee Rentals and to the property owners for sharing your amazing condo!!!

Wonderful wonderful.

The view is incredible, super easy access to the beach the shopping and dining excellent. The only issue I had was my very first day on the beach the chair rental company employee was supper aggressive and was very disrespectful towards me for setting up my beach chair. They completely took over all of the beach front spots and left nothing for anyone who brought this own chairs ect 
 At one point I actually thought it was going to come to blows !!! He approached me out of nowhere like I was invading his turf. I gave this kid the benefit of the doubt because he had no idea what I was there for , what I was there for forget and try to get peace over and how close he came to seeing something that I’m sure he has never experienced in his short life. This, in my opinion will forever be a black eye on this resort. While I was there I watch so many families who have already paid thousands of dollars to be there on 30A get bullied by the chair rental group. I did my best to not let that situation ruin my getaway but it was hard and I was just not expecting to have to deal with something and someone so petty. This needs to be addressed !!!!! They take over the entire space starting at 5:00 am it appears and then they protect it at all cost. Many others were disappointed to find they had no rights to sit in front of the water unless they paid a fee to the thugs. As you can tell I’m still not happy and I certainly do hope you address this issue.

Needs new management

It has been about two weeks from our stay the week before Memorial Day (I did not want to review while I was still upset by what happened). The location itself was truly perfect, but with a management company as unprofessional as Oversee, I cannot in good conscience give a 5 Star - nor could I give a 1 Star which is what the Management company deserves. On the last day of our stay, I went back to the condo to use the restroom while my husband was on the beach still. I noticed a parking ticket on the kitchen counter that was not there before. I texted my husband and no he didn't put it there. I call the management company. The woman on the other end did not seem to understand nor care that I was freaked out because someone had been in my room without my knowledge! She asked me to text her a picture of what was brought in which I did. I was then told that the Property Manager brought the pass in because he thought he had permission!!! And that "I can assure you our property managers are very professional and only dropped off the pass." Um not acceptable. My belongings were all over the place and God forbid by husband and I were doing something else! Keep in mind that this property does not have a dead bolt on the door - a fact that I dismissed until seeing that anyone with the code would enter as they please. We had to prop the door with a chair that night. We never received even an apology from the staff through the exchange! Amazing how far customer service has fallen.
