First off, the pool, heated spa, huge patio, two Lanais, grill area, tv area and putting green are EXTREMELY private. Shielded from neighbors by a high hedge, large gazebo, our 8,000 Sq. Ft. home and a detached three car garage. If you like privacy, this home has more privacy, to our knowledge, than any home in the neighborhood.

Resort-Style, SHALLOW Private Heated Pool and Hot Tub with many water features surrounded by a very large travertine patio with Chaise Lounge Chairs so you can relax in the sun, read a book or even return emails (home has many wireless access points for connectivity). Entire yard is fully fenced in so your pets will have plenty of room to roam without leaving the grounds. Please note, a small dog CAN fit through the fence.

Incredibly Spacious Lanai that is very well shaded with custom, very comfortable seating and a Large TV.

Across the pool you will find a Gazebo with a built-in Natural Gas Grill, glass door beverage refrigerator, sink and plenty of seating, Foosball table and a half bath with floor to ceiling travertine wall tile.

There are two outside large Dining tables, one on the East Side Veranda for Breakfast and one on the West Side Veranda for Lunch / Dinner, or vice versa depending upon the season.

Our Home was originally built in 1925 and has been meticulously restored. Half of the home (approximately 4,000 Sq. Ft.) was added in the last 15 years. So far, no one has been able to tell where the original home was and the huge addition started. Home still qualifies for the Local Historic Registry. Home sits on over 3 lots.

Kitchen has a 48" natural gas Thermador stove, 2 full size Sub-Zero refrigerators (4 freezer drawers), 2 extra quiet dishwashers, microwave and all of the usual small appliances (Keurig, toaster, regular coffee maker and coffee bean grinder). Kitchen has an 8-person table, Large TV and a seating area around the Natural Gas Fireplace. Kitchen has French Doors opening onto the Lanai and Pool area. There is a Library with 2 sofas and a Large TV off of the kitchen as well.

Home has a "Stunning Great Room" with a stately fireplace, TV, large sofa, multiple comfortable chairs and a dining table large enough for 12. Ceiling height in room is over 14 feet.

There is also an upstairs Game Room with a Pool table, Large TV, fireplace, and 2 large sofas.

The home Boasts 2 Primary Suites, with one on the first level, and the other on the second level. Bath in first level Primary Suite has 6 shower heads and a steamer as well. The first level Primary also has a natural gas Fireplace and a Large TV.

All 5 bedrooms have their own full baths, and 4 of the 5 are equipped with King Sized Beds and the 5th has a Double bed.

PLEASE NOTE, the Spa has a gas fired heater and will heat the spa quickly "almost" any day of the year. The pool is heated with an electric heat pump and can heat the pool over the course of a few days. There could be a period during the winter here in sunny St. Petersburg in which the ambient temperature is simply too cold to heat the pool. Please let us know well in advance if you would like the pool heated during your stay and we will do our best if temperatures are conducive to heating. Obviously we have no control over the weather.

This Magnificent Home located 5 minutes to Downtown St. Petersburg and all of the restaurants along Beach Drive, Dali Museum and Waterfront Parks, plus the new Pier that has its own Sandy Beach.

We are in the same neighborhood as the North Shore Pool Complex where competitive swim meets take place. We are just a few minutes (16 blocks) from the St. Petersburg Yacht Club Sailing Center and the Yacht Club where Regatta Competitors depart. We are 15 blocks from the St. Petersburg Grand Prix. We are approximately 10 blocks to Vinoy Park for concerts and art shows. We are less than 8 minutes to Tampa Bay Rays Baseball Stadium, approximately 20 minutes away from the area’s Nationally Rated Gulf Beaches and approximately 25 minutes to TIA (Tampa International Airport). We are a bit closer to St. Petersburg Clearwater International Airport. For those of you flying private, Albert Whitted Airport is adjacent to downtown St. Petersburg.

All televisions are equipped with Apple TV's.

We charge an extra fee if an event is desired, but this secluded Luxurious Home is perfect for small events up to 25 people like wedding showers, baby showers or even a special occasion dinner party. We are happy to discuss these options with you.
