Exquisite View

Amazing View that never gets old. Direct view of Downtown Sky Line and facing due WEST which provides incredible sunsets. Very tranquil setting yet extremely close to downtown and all of the great restaurants along Beach Drive. Wonderful and Very Large Lanai (with Ceiling Fans) with lots of seating facing your unobstructed view of the water. Entire backyard completely fenced in so the your pets have plenty of room to roam without leaving the yard. Very quite neighborhood. Home is Mid Century with Terrazzo floors. Two inside seating areas each with large TV's. Main Bedroom and one other Bedroom also have TV's. Each Bedroom is attached to a full bath. Main Bedroom is old school with two full baths. Two bedrooms share a bath. There is an additional full size refrigerator and freezer in garage. Grill is located on water side so grill master can be a part of the conversations. As stated, there are more restaurants downtown than you will get the time to visit. Reservations are encouraged, and Uber / Lyft is recommended AT NIGHT due to the lack of parking. Home is about 25 minutes to Pass A Grill Beach. Fairly quick drive to Tampa International Airport as well.

My husband and I rented this house in order to have the entire family stay in one place to celebrate my father’s 95th birthday!This house was perfect!It is quite spacious. It has 4 bedrooms
all with king size beds! I was also looking for a house with adequate bathrooms. This one has 4 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms.The outdoor lanai is heavenly. The view is spectacular! We spent a lot of time on the lanai given the weather was just lovely.Felix was a great host! He is responsive and personable. I had a question during our stay and he responded to my text instantly.The house is located in a beautiful residential part of St Petersburg but also very close to the downtown area.We had a fabulous week

Wonderful stay - highly recommend this property for gathering friends or family! We had 3 generations under one roof and this home provided space for all to be together (and to spend time separately). We stayed for ten days while in St Petersburg for my daughter’s jaw surgery. This property was perfect for our needs. She had a quiet, clean, calm place to recover and lots of ability to walk which was part of her recovery rules. Host was wonderful and communicated clearly. Even worked with us so my daughter could bring her little therapy pet with her. The area also felt exceptionally safe and we were very happy with our choice of where to stay.

The Host was very responsive to our requests. The home was very clean, well furnished, the location was fantastic. The view from the living room and back patio cannot be beat. We started and ended each day there. Dolphins, fish and lots of birds to watch. Downtown is a short 7 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again.

Very zen

The view from the back porch was so lovely. We saw lots of nature. Turtles, dolphin and a manatee. Lots of birds too. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to come and go.

Amazing house

It was a wonderful stay ! The house is amazing, the localization is something else. Very easy access to the best restaurants in the area. Unbeatable view of downtown.Felix was very welcoming, responsive and accommodating.Definitely a house I would go back!

Springtime Vacation in St Petersburg Fl

We decided to vacation in St Petersburg FL - close to Clearwater FL (Phillies Baseball), Tampa Bay (Waterfront District) and St Petersburg ( Dining, St Pete’s Pier) and we wanted access to all these towns but in a cozy, warm and welcoming home! We hit the jackpot at this property- plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and relaxing rooms! The real charm is the patio outside- you’re literally on the water with dolphins swimming by you, beautiful views of the sunset and St Petersburg skyline! I highly recommend this property!!!

Exquisite view

The name of the listing is spot on. Just gorgeous! Location is perfect! Ten minute ride downtown or if you’re up for it? You can walk. My wife and I walked to and from for a nice five mile walk. The house is spacious, clean and has everything you need for cooking. The only critique I would have is that It is old and outdated, that’s it! I would stay there again but it’s up for sale and I don’t think it will be available to rent once it’s sold. Great vacation !

I have lived in St. Petersburg since 1964. All of our children were born here. My wife and i have only been married to each other and have been married for almost 30 years. Both of our Businesses are here. We never plan to live anywhere else other than St. Petersburg. This is OUR Community. We go out anywhere from 1 to 3 times a week downtown. We are members of the SPYC and The Vinoy, both are downtown. even our Church is downtown. When we travel, we are either visiting our youngest son at West Point, or Skiing in Park City or Big Sky (sometimes we go to Tahoe). We ski 2 to 4 times a year. When we ski, we are blessed to be able to come home to St. Petersburg. Almost no one we speak with on a Ski lift is returning home to such a wonderful place.

I did not originally choose this neighborhood LOL. I was 4 years old when we move into a home my parents built a couple doors away. When i graduated from College, I DID choose to return here because St. Petersburg is the most vibrant community on the West Coast of Florida, and this neighborhood is the best in all of St. Petersburg. There is so much to do that is close to this home. Restaurants of all kinds, Beach, Shopping, Museums, Movie Theater, Parks etc. Even Baseball, Football and Hokey are fairly convenient. Tampa International Airport is 28 to 38 minutes away and is by far the best airport in the country.

View, View and View. Sitting on Large Lanai looking at Skyline never gets old. During the day looking at the Tranquil Bay, Hanging with Family, Working Via WIFI, Grilling out, Eating at Large dinning Table or simply Napping on the large sofas under the ceiling fans. Hard to beat, except at night when the view is even better.
