Tropical modern villa with stunning sea views

Modern villa with a cutting edge design. Enjoy 210 degree views over the Atlantic and St. Barts. Enjoy outside living with ocean breezes. Cook in the gourmet kitchen or enjoy the many excellent restaurants that Sint Maarten offers. Live like royalty overlooking the sea! You can watch the sunrise over Saint Barts every morning. No two mornings are ever alike. Enjoy al fresco dining on the ocean or mountain side of the villa.

Our villa offers 4 bedrooms/room for 8 in a modern architectural wonder. Each room has a split air conditioner for your comfort. Two sets of clothes washer/dryers are available for guest use. The layout allows for privacy between the 4 bedrooms, perfect for groups or families. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

An attached apartment accessed via the kitchen is perfect for guests with different schedules, allowing early risers or late night owls to carry on without disturbing other guests. It's also great for tweens and teenagers who don't want to hang out with their parents, offering two TVs and a kitchen.

Our extensive garden offers a chance to see the local fauna - lizards, iguanas and monkeys.

There is onsite parking for 3 cars and the villa has a automatic standby generator. Internet is provided via a fibre optic connection, and the villa has a whole house WiFi mesh network so you can move seamlessly and maintain your connection.

Oyster Pond is the quiet side of the island. If you are seeking peace and tranquility our listing is for you. The nightlife of Simpson's Bay is 20-25 minutes away by car. The French side is 2 minutes by car. Philipsburg is 10 minutes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and very spacious villa. From the modern design to the stunning infinity pool and breathtaking views, the property truly has a “wow” factor and comfortably accommodated our family of eight with plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect for our daily adventures exploring the island’s beaches, shops, and restaurants.When we were at the villa, we made great use of the amenities, including the pool, family board games, and the well-equipped kitchen. Brad was a wonderful host—very responsive, courteous, and always happy to answer the many questions we had prior to and during our stay.We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return in the future. We’ve already shared our experience and recommended it to many of our friends.

Helios is a wonderful villa in Oyster Pond, and Brad as the host was incredibly helpful and responsive. The house was very clean when we arrived and had all the necessary amenities and more. The pool is not heated, so we did not utilize it as much, although the kids enjoyed it. The views from the kitchen, living room and patio of Dawn Beach and St. Barts in the distance can't be beat. Overall, great stay!

Awesome stay for Moms 50th

The property was beautiful. They layout worked out well as the teens were able to stay downstairs in the apartment area of the house. Upstairs the beds are super comfortable, I need to know what brand that is! The island itself is very nice and the people are kind and friendly. I can see why people go back. Thanks Brad for helping us make mom’s birthday the best!

Robin Leach has Nothing on Me

Do you remember Robin Leach's TV show, "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous"? I kept looking around for him during my time a Villa Helios at Oyster Pond in Sint Maarten. Like the beauty that she is, this house did not have a bad angle from which to be viewed. From the stunning entry, the view through the infinite pool to the ocean below was stunning. Brad and Brian did everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is a gourmet cook's dream - superbly equipped and beautifully laid out. I dare you to find all the clever cabinetry on your first pass through. Take this house if you can. You won't be disappointed. If you wait too long, I might just out bid you for the place. My hyperbole aside, this was a marvelous and memorable stay at Villa Helios. Thank you Brad and Brian.

Stunning Views

The home is as advertised! Tremendous view and beautiful pool. A bit challenging to get there, but once your there you won't want to leave. Owner was quick to respond to any communications. The family and I had a lovely time on St. Martin and this home was certainly a big part of that. We highly recommend.

Superb house with amazing views

This is likely the best beach rental we've stayed at. Very clean, modern design, nice decoration, well equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Views are amazing any time of the day, good quality TVs for streaming, new appliances & AC, truly the ideal beach rental. It does require a car rental, it's located in a mountain with steep road. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Looking forward to return one day.

THIS VILLA IS ALL ABOUT THE VIEW , AN AMAZING HOUSE UP ON THE MOUNTAIN OVERLOOKS THE ATLANTIC OCEAN AS WELL AS OYSTER POND BAY , WITH ALL THE BEST IN AMMENITIES FROM THE NEGATIVE EDGE POOL TO THE MULTIPLE SEATING PATIOS THE ONE IN FRONT IS THE BBQ PATIO IS SHADED IN AM BY THE HOUSE AND IN FULL AND IN AFTERNOON , THE DINNING TABLE OVERLOOKS THE OCEAN IN THE EVENING AND IS COVERED BY THE OVERHUNG ROOF FROM THE HOUSE IS A GREAT POOLSIDE DINNING AREA , HINT GREAT PLACETO HANG OUT ALL DAY IF YOU DIG THE SHADE WHILE A FREAT SUNNUNG PATIO IS OPPOSITE THE POOL AND OVERLOOKS THE BAY AND OCEAN , WOW IS THE BEST WORD TO DESCRIBE THIS AMAZINF PLACE AND THE OWNER , BRIAN IS SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL , YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED .

The villa is a retirement project. Tired of winters I wanted to build a one of a kind villa that would exist in harmony with its site and with nature. Truly a labour of love, it combines elements of architecture, structural engineering, advanced IT technology and renewable/sustainable building practices. The villa is approachable, but keeps to itself, just like me.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Sint Maarten has two distinct sides, French and Dutch. The ability to enjoy two islands in one, with greater food choices, shopping choices and the two cultures was the draw for us. Our villa is located 2 minutes drive from the Dutch/French border.

On top of that Sint Maarten has the second best air connections in the Caribbean after San Juan, offering daily flights to Europe and multiple options to the USA and Canada.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house allows you to live by the sea in harmony with nature. The winds provide cool air, and the sun powers the house during the day. The house is very private and is located within "The Plateau" a gated community of 8 lots. It is an ideal refuge from winter, or from the Paparazzi.

From anywhere on the main floor you will see sweeping views of the Atlantic ocean; sailboats and pleasure craft. Every morning and evening St. Barths looks different under changing clouds, shimmering ocean and tropical light.

We are close by several excellent restaurants, with Oasis and BZH just over the French border being two personal favourites. Big Fish, located next to the Oyster Bay resort is immediately below our villa. Grand Case, considered the culinary capital of the Caribbean is a 15 minute drive away. There you can choose from a number of locally owned and operated informal restaurants (called Lolo's) or from the finest of fine dining. Our favourite Lolo is called The Rib Shack where you can have a table right by the sea. The smell of the food cooking over charcoal and the sound of the waves makes for a unique experience. Java and Les Temp des Cherise offer dining right off the beach. Spiga and Ocean 82 offer exceptional food if you want to splurge.

Oyster Pond is conveniently located half way between Philipsburg and Hope Estate/Grand Case. You can choose to shop on the Dutch side or the French side, and can choose between North American, Dutch and French products. The range of goods available in the grocery stores is unparalleled in the Caribbean.
