Great stay in Carmichael!

The home was perfect for our family trip to visit relatives. From the great location to the wide open floor plan to the added bonus of a Sunday farmers market right across the street - this home offered us everything we needed and we would definitely rent again!

GREAT LOCATION

This house is perfect for a stay if you have family or friends at Mercy San Juan. My mother had a week long stay at the hospital after surgery and we stayed at this very nice, clean, comfortable house for a few days so we wouldn't have to drive over an hour from our home.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms. Kitchen is fabulous and fully stocked. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Will be staying here in the future when visiting our family.

Family in town

We had family coming in and needed a bigger place for everyone to stay and meet up daily. This place was great. It was very clean, loads of amenities, centrally located and right across from a park. We had a few questions over the stay and Erik was very responsive and helpful. The place has a lot of games that were fun for everyone. I’d definitely recommend this as a nice place to stay for anyone needing a little getaway.

Nice home by the park

Clean home with many of the normal Living Items you would need. The living room furniture is uncomfortable but the beds and good.. Most everything you need in the kitchen.. No Kuerig for coffee though.. The actual smart lock is very inconvenient.. We have a rental cabin and it is so much easier.. Just pul the door shut (Not Try to get the Digits to light up then punch in a 7 digit code and don't forget to hit the HOME button...Just to leave!

Great property for tranquil retreat

Our recent stay at this property provided a much-needed respite during a tender time as we gathered for a celebration of life of a family member located about a mile or so away. The house was cozy and looks just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and our stay was relaxing and stress-free. It would have been nice to have an extra dish wash pod for the dishwasher and an extra kitchen trash bag. Conveniently located in Carmichael, this property allowed us to easily access the nearby amenities while providing a peaceful retreat from the busyness of assisting with preparing for the event etc. Overall, we had a good experience, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and the host's hospitality. I recommend this property for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway or a comforting space.

Perfect spot for a stay in Fair Oaks area

Property is great. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are smaller, but that' s not an issue for smaller children. There's a foosball table, which was the focus of the time we spent at the house. King size bed was comfortable and we were well rested after long days training at the dojo. I don't recall ever seeing a VRBO listing that looked exactly like the pictures. Well done. Owner was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Even offered to re-schedule the landscaper visit. Location was perfect for us, 10 minutes to the dojo.

Greetings!
I've been a Sacramento native for over 33 years and Christina is originally from southern CA. We moved away briefly to El Cerrito in the East Bay for employment. What stood out for us there was that the people there were exceptionally kind and considerate (not to say that El Cerrito was the only place with these people :)). Though we enjoyed it there, we've always known in our hearts that Sacramento was home. After a couple of years, we had an opportunity to move back to Sacramento so we took it. We decided to settle in Carmichael because we felt the same vibes like in El Cerrito, and it's a large enough property that we can grow into. Over the years, we've added many updates and personal design features that we love. We hope that you'll enjoy them too should you decide to stay with us!

• No drugs or marijuana (legal/illegal) on the property;
• No pets are allowed;
• We have a professional pest control service every month.

The property is situated on over 1/3rd acre lot. On rare occasions, bugs, spiders, etc. may wander in. We've notice this during extreme heated months (mostly Summers).
