Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This home is walking distance to grocery stores and shopping centers as well as easy access to the Veteran’s Expressway and approximately 5 miles from Tampa International Airport.
Guests may enjoy the outdoor with screened pool and jacuzzi area. The backyard has 97 feet of canal front and many fruit trees like avocado, mango, banana, grumichama, papaya, etc..

Just OK
The good things about our stay: the check-in was fast and easy. The location was good, very close to stores and food. The kitchen has nice appliances and was nice to cook in. The hot tub was nice to relax in. The bad: Although the kitchen has nice appliances, there were things that were lacking such as spices, more cooking utensils, baking sheets, extra kitchen towels, cleaning products. It would be nice to have some extra blankets and towels throughout the home as well. The laundry room light did not work and the room was messy with items thrown on the floor and counter. As soon as we arrived I went to the bathroom and found hairs on the sink. The pool area definitely needs a deep cleaning. There was broken pool equipment laying next to the pool, black dirt/mildew all over the pool area, and the "bar area" was left a mess. Outside there were tools, PVC pipes, hoses and plant buckets all over the yard. The sliding screen door to the bedroom was falling off the track. All in all, with some improvements, extra homey touches and deep cleaning this place could be a nice place to stay. I personally would not stay here again.

Sports and more
Family of 4 including 2 young adults who each need their own space, this property met our needs and budget. Location was the most centralized of the ones we considered, to Amalie Arena for a hockey game, Dunedin for Blue Jays Spring training and Busch Gardens. House was clean, and what we needed. The outdoor space is where just a little love would go a long way to make it spectacular. Pool is unheated (which we knew) but too cold to use even in the heat. Hot tub was lovely the one night we used it. The area is huge and completely screened in...with a few lights just dangling at the back. A few sets of edison bulb strings throughout the enclosure would be amazing. The yard itself needs a good tidy and some plant maintenance ....the plant species are beautiful, and really need some attention. We were visited by tons of birds, lizards and squirrels. We are pretty easy going, and have stayed at our fair share of vacation rentals, this being our third in the Tampa area. Not much to complain about here.

Clean & conveniently located.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. A few suggestions: need a mirror in bedrooms 2 & 3. Need a light fixture or lamp near the high top table. The light in the laundry area doesn’t work. About 4 of the wine glasses need to replaced, as they have cracks in them.

Nice house to take a vacation
We enjoyed our week stay at this house. Very clean and organized, hot tub and barbecue worked well for us. The location is good and excellent neighbours, the pool was not heated and a bit cold. But overall nice place to take a vacation.

Very Deceiving
Upon arrival the access code to enter the property was not correct and had to call VRBO as the host would not answer her phone so we could get in. This was at 11:00 PM at night and had to go get cleaning supplies once entering as it was absolutely dirty and stunk. Tried calling the host again the next day and DID leave a message but no response and never an answer when phoning. The pictures are very deceiving as the property does not look that nice. We had to mop the floor to walk on it, found Gecko skeletons in the fake flowers, no hot water to bathe as water heater is on a timer, pool area absolutely dirty and ground sticky. There were 2 towels adn wash rags in each bathroom for 4 people so we had to wash them everyday to reuse. This property needs an ABSOLUTE DEEP CLEANING and outside cleaned up.
