Welcome to Zen at ZooTampa — your private oasis in the city!

This 3BR/2BA retreat features a heated pool, spacious screened lanai, and stylish interiors for ultimate relaxation.

Just steps from ZooTampa, minutes to Downtown, Seminole Heights, Armature Works, and Raymond James Stadium. Perfect for families or friends seeking a central spot with resort-style vibes.

We have 2 other pool homes within 2 blocks for large groups that want to be close by!

The space
This home has it all! Recently renovated, we have created a beautifully thoughtfully decorated space for you and your guests!
3 bedrooms all with real beds, there is also a daybed/sofa for additional sleeping in the living area.

Smart Tv's are located in the Living room and ALL bedrooms.

The kitchen has been fully equipped for you to whip up a quick bit or a holiday feast!
The pool is screened and HEATED year round! The outdoor space is huge! We have added a large sectional outdoor sofa as well as a gas grill and dining space!

Come one, come all and retreat, relax and get your zen on!

All House Rules are listed in the Vacation Rental Agreement as well as our "Welcome Guide" all rules are strictly enforced. They are common sense items but have the need to spell it all out(mostly since every rule has been born from someone doing something stupid : )

We do have cameras on side front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

We had a great stay. The house is conveniently located to the zoo, Busch Gardens and many restaurants. The screened in pool made it possible to enjoy the beautiful weather without being bothered by bugs. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but for the most part we were comfortable. I would stay here again.

We've rented a lot of places in Tampa over the years with my daughter swimming down there since she was 9 and now a student at UTampa and this was one of our favorite places yet. Modern amenities, really well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfy bedrooms, updated bathrooms and the pool area was perfect. Plus the neighborhood was great which honestly can be a hit or miss thing in Tampa sometimes. So close to Busch Gardens, easy on/off 275 and plenty options for groceries and food. We'll definitely be back!

Great Place to Stay

The house was very clean and bright. We loved the pool and lanai area. The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare meals. Very convenient location to easily reach many attractions and areas and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great communication and details from the property management company, probably the best we've ever experienced. Would definitely stay here again.

We chose this property due to the central location of all things wedding we would be parcipating in while in Tampa and the pool. The house was clean and well stocked. We had a great stay here with family! We had a great time spending time together and being able to have meals together and swim together most nights! It was also close the Busch Gardens which we went to while there!

Check-in was super easy and intuitive. The communication was efficient and to the point. Love that. We have stayed at numerous renttin the past and this was by far our favorite. It met all of our family needs and was an exceptional value. The AC was a life saver in the Florida heat as was the pool. We enjoyed being able to make a full pot of coffee in the morning as we like to get up early and hit the ground running. The neighborhood was very quiet, yet surrounded by many great places to eat and visit. Close to the zoo and Busch Gardens. I can't imagine what they could have done to make our stay better.

Great place!

It was a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, well-stocked, comfortable beds, and the pool was a great addition! Communication was quick and helpful, even when the internet was out at no fault of the owner. We were impressed. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable home and close to Tampa Zoo

This was a clean roomy 3 bedroom 2 bath home. All the amenities for making our stay very nice. Pool is totally screened in which was such a welcome relief after the hot attraction visits. Having the home close to the Tampa Zoo made it easy for our visits.

Wonderful stay

This home was perfect. Clean with plenty of space. Pool was perfect to entertain kids in thee evening or between activities. Kitchen had all equipment needed. Ac was perfect in the high temps.

This unit is pretty nice and has been updated. AC kept the house consistent and is nice that it’s central AC instead of noisy standalone units.

A week on Patterson, next to the zoo

House was clean and neat, the pool was perfect. Property manager helped my daughter get in to the house after I ended up stuck on a plane and out of communication. The neighborhood was a little less than we imagined from the website, but there were no issues. We would happily stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend the house to others.

Nice Home with a great backyard oasis

We were in town for medical reasons as a family member had surgery at a hospital in Tampa, so this worked out well for us to have a home environment to relax at. The pool was nice, and the backyard oasis was quiet and relaxing. It is directly across the street from the Zoo, so you can smell the Zoo which caught us off guard, But I wouldn't hold that against the home, it was clean, decorated cute and the host was very responsive. They stock the coffee bar which was awesome! We felt safe at all times, and had no issues. I would stay here again.

Great Location

We loved how close we were to the zoo. The house itself was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The backyard was conveniently fenced so the kids were able to play. The weather turned too cold for us to get in the pool. If it was heated, it wasn’t warm enough for me. Everything about this place however would have me rent again.
