This was our first air B&B rental. Overall the house was fine. The pool was great although it does need some work. The host told us about that after we arrived. When going over the sleeping arrangements and the availabe beds we were disappointed that what the listing said was not accurate. We ended up making it all work although challenging. The house itself needs some TLC. I understand its a vacation air B&B rental but in my opinion some things just need a bit of maintaining.

You can tell this home was very well loved and has a few fun stories it could tell too.. our host was very responsive. The home was stocked with almost anything you could want and if you didnt have it, you could go within a short drive to get it. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Some parts of the home could use some tlc & updating. But the host did everything to make us comfortable

We enjoyed the stay

The large kitchen island was very useful for setting up food/snacks, the living room with the tv had plenty of couches for us to sit together without feeling cramped, the dining area was useful for our tabletop games, and we enjoyed being able to adjust the thermostat during the night. It was also convenient being close to a Wawa.

A great place and a great time!

My family went here for a special Christmas trip, we are from Michigan, New York and Colorado, this location fit our needs perfectly....but, the pool was very cold, they did state up front that it is NOT heated, so we were aware. I would definitely stay here again, it had everything you could need in the kitchen and is ready to be enjoyed by all.

Thanks for taking the time to write a 5 star review for our conveniently located pool home in Tampa and we are truly glad you've enjoyed our fully equipped kitchen and our home. The pool heating equipment doesn't have enough clearance between the home and the fence so we couldn't get a contractor to install it but the pool is still swimmable for those from up north :) and our summers in the pool are fantastic. Come visit us again!

Homey but needs quite a bit of care.

This property was adequate has good potential, roomy, pool was nice. We had fun however the total upkeep of property was not what we are used to.

Deborah booked our rental impulsively for her kid's tournament but instantly wanted to cancel complaining about her VRBO booking experience. It's hard to please someone with an unhappy nature complaining about things beyond our control prior to her stay. To our future guests, we hope you will look at the recent and very positive reviews we've received and come over for a fun and relaxing time in Tampa in our very homey and very spacious home.

Very relaxing, comfortable

Nice property with some great amenities, the pool is fun! The exterior needs a bit of TLC, things like updating the furniture in the yard and pool area and having someone take a good look at the landscaping that has been let go. None of this would deter me from staying here.

Great stay pregraduation getaway with my oldest neice

House was beautiful and very comfortable that being said although the house was not dirty per say the counters and casio were a bit sticky so maybe talk with the house keeper about doing a bit more care in wiping things down. And maybe abit more care for the yard maintenance.overall was a great place to stay we enjoy our time in this lovely home and would come back again

Thanks for the 5 star review and glad you found our home beautiful and very comfortable. We appreciate all your feedbacks. We not only spoke with the cleaners but also did a deep down cleaning of the kitchen cabinets & counters. The yard guy is allowing the passion fruit vine to grow freely (the fruits are really tasty) so we'll take care of that this week. Again thank you and we would welcome you back any time!

Decent place

The place did the trick for my group. The bedrooms were decent, the TV room was nice, kitchen was ok, and pool and yard were average at best. We didn’t actually use the pool because it was too cold. Communication with renter was ok as well. Overall, if you’re not looking for something fancy, this place is a good value.
