The Space:
This beautiful A frame home with an open-concept and natural light filled space is perfect for your family's or couples get away. You honestly won't want to leave once you've experienced the beauty and serenity of Terra Ceia. There is an open-loft Master (so if you have kids sleeping below, be prepared to wake up when they do!) But it allows you to take in the beautiful sunrise over the bay in the morning, and the sunset in the afternoon.

The first level has a queen bed and a private back balcony for those enjoying the downstairs bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is a full bunk with a twin on top.

All bedroom are equipped with luxury mattresses offering a peaceful nights rest. We also bought the Ferrari of pull out sofas (American Leather sleeper sofas) so anyone "stuck" on the pull out will still have an amazing nights sleep.

In the morning walk down to the bayfront private dock and enjoy your coffee as you watch the sun peak over the Bayou. Spend your day kayaking amongst the pristine Florida waters (3 person kayak and paddles included). Grab a bike from one of our 6 bikes provided, and cruise the historic island, stop by the produce stand and grab some veggies for dinner. Or grab a fishing pole and catch your lunch from either dock.

Another really fun option is to rent a boat and park it behind the property. Boating experience is a plus, because getting out of the bay requires some navigational knowledge. The bay is very very shallow at low tide. But the views on Miguels Bay and near the Skyway Bridge at sunset are absolutely breathtaking!

This is a space unlike any other. As I mentioned, this is our family's home, and we kindly ask that you love it as much as we do.

Guest Access:
The A frame home has a private bayfront dock in front and a boat lift with Ocean access on the rear dock. When you arrive, you'll need to open the gates and there are 2 parking spaces in the front of the property. The entrance is up the stairs where you will find the lock box.

The Neighborhood:
This is old-Florida gem is a locals-only destination with eclectic and wonderful neighbors from all walks of life. The farm-ocean-peace feeling is pervasive as you enter a safe haven that is Terra Ceia Island.

The best thing is the LOCATION!!!!

Or just stay put and enjoy everything the home offers: Biking, Kayaks, Fishing, Boat Dock, walks, sunrises, sunsets, games and peace.

Other Things to Note:
If the tradewinds aren't blowing the no-seeums (little bugs) can bite! Make sure you protect yourself with bug spray or long clothing during these times.

Please note: The home "technically" can sleep 10 (king, queen, full, twin and two queen pull outs) BUT its only 1200 square feet- so the optimal number of people is closer to 6.

***There is an exterior camera present on the home pointed toward the driveway. Airbnb requires that we disclose any cameras. There are no cameras present in the actual interior of the home.***
