Une des plus belles unités de Beachside II! Tapis dans les chambres et carrelage italien à travers le reste de l'unité, et la cuisine offre de magnifiques comptoirs en granit coloré avec des appareils tout neufs en acier inoxydable. Armoires en cerisier trÚs sombres et un bar spacieux pour les divertissements. Le salon a un nouvel écran plat de 35 '.

La literie comprend un roi dans le maĂźtre et une reine dans la chambre d'amis. La chambre principale a une grande baignoire haut de gamme avec une vue magnifique Ă  travers la fenĂȘtre adjacente.

L'unité a parfait, une vue imprenable sur la plage depuis le 17Úme étage, avec le luxe privé une unité d'extrémité fournira. Cela donne également aux invités un plus grand balcon pour le plaisir.

Le bùtiment offre à ses clients le Wi-Fi, une piscine solaire chauffée en saison avec des grilles sur la terrasse de la piscine, une salle de sport et un parking couvert.

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing time staying at Beachside Ii. The condo was wonderful as well as the surrounding area for restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to return!!!

Excellent place

Perfect location right on the beach; ice machine on floor 1 was a huge value add; beautiful views; comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms; free shuttle to Baytown Wharf which is an entertainment kind of district; beach service discount for being in the property. Overall, we were very pleased and may look up the exact condo for our next trip.

The property was gated. I felt very safe. The property was very clean. The condo itself was nice. Master Bathroom needs fixed and cleaned better. But as a whole, the place was very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Great view and condo. However main bathtub still not draining properly. 72 degrees in july made nights a little warm for good sleep. Finding room and getting to complex was a little confusing. It would be great to have a front desk representative. Bed was comfortable and condo clean.

Family Vacation

Everything was great as far as the facilities and the proximity to the beach and pool. I only one negative thing about the experience, and that is the host management was unavailable when we arrived and there was no way to get in contact with them to help us get inside the facilities. There were some confusion from the emails that were sent that contain the instructions on how to get in and where are apartment was.

Nice location but property is a little dated and service on site isn’t great

Couldn’t find luggage cart when we were leaving, asking an employee and his response was “your guess is as good as mine”. Condo was dated and not maintained very well but we loved the location.

Perfect location, great views

The condo couldn’t have a better location - right on the beach. Great views and good shade on the outside balcony. Ice maker in elevator lobby on way to pool/beach is a huge plus! The beds were comfortable but the couch’s pullout bed was completely unusable (broken). There was a single air mattress we used, but had we had six in the unit instead of five, we’d have had an issue. Also, there was no shower curtain in the master bath shower - a bit odd - and the master shower doesn’t drain well.

No air conditioning

It was awful the air never went below 75 degrees. I couldn’t sleep with it that hot. If you turn down the air it still would not get below 75. It was like they had the air set and couldn’t be changed. Will not ever stay with this company again!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have stayed in Sandestin many times over the years, and decided to head down for a quick get away.Unfortunately, Seaside II was under renovation, and noise was constant throughout the complex. It would have been nice to know this before making the reservation Platinum Services of Destin.The unit had a nice view, but was difficult to enjoy due the noise.TV's in this unit were substandard, and should have at least a larger TV in the main living area. A small 27" was about it.

The view from this unit is absolutely incredible! Carpet in the master is disgusting.

We found popcorn and a gum wrapper behind the chair in the living room behind the chair. A bottle of hair oil was on the carpet ( disgusting carpet) in the master bedroom. The view from the unit was beautiful and helped with overlooking the dated furniture and decor. We enjoyed the view but, would not stay in this unit again unless ot was completely updated. The kitchen did have new appliances, and the hall bath was updated. I closet in the master was disorganized and the sheets and bedding for the pull out sofa were not organized or easy to find. I would not recommend this unit if you like modern, and ultra clean. If you are going there for a fantastic view and convenience to amenities but, do not care whether the accommodations are clean, comfy and updated Zthos would be your place.

Great Condo-Disappointing Beach

The condo is great. Very clean, mattresses seem fairly new, couches look new. Beautiful views! The beach is covered with rental chairs (even if they're empty), so you're out of luck if you're not renting. No way to see anything more than "patches of water", but a FULL view of the backs of the chairs and umbrellas. You can get down there early, set your stuff up in front of the rental chairs, and by the end of the day, you and many other people are on top of each other at the edge of the water. trying to get a view. There is no area reserved for those who aren't renting to set up, even though you've paid for a beachfront condo. No tents allowed to be set up anywhere close to the water. There were chairs 3 rows deep this past weekend. We were told they will be 7 rows deep in the summer. The owners have a reserved area with no obstructions, so it's no skin off their back. We were told we could go down past 3 condo buildings and approximately 5 private residences and set up there for better views. Multiple people who came to the beach on Saturday basically looked around and said, "there's no room for us here". Very disappointing as we loved the condo, and are trying to find a "regular" place for our friend trip. Unfortunately, this will not be that place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall Beachside Two is a nice condo property. Basic amenities and great location. Beach staff is wonderful! Chair service, bar and wait staff on beach was a plus. The condo was a nice size, but the furnishings were old. The dressers and nightstand drawers did not work properly and were unusable. The sliding glass shower door was not secure at the bottom. The door would swing into the shower and seemed unsafe. The A/C worked great in the living area, but not in bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms are a MUST. We would stay at this location again, just not this particular condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great, but had a couple of issues. It had nice furnishings and decor. Plenty of room for 6 people. Very clean and didn't see any bugs. A few things need fixing though. The master bath really sucked. The bathtub hardly drained, so you were standing in 6 inches of water during a shower. It was also missing a panel in the front side making it look broken and very ghetto. Elevators were slow and had no AC, so by the time you reached the bottom you were soaked in sweat. The Elevator was a slow metal hot box, full of people. A big inconvenience was the beach. For some reason only Beachside 1 bldg had a private section for its guest and they had plenty of room. Beachside 2 didn't have any private section. We were jammed packed together with the whole resort while Beachside 1 had plenty of room and they wouldn't let anyone in if you weren't staying there. We have stayed in both bldgs and they are the same so we should have been alowed to sit with Beachside 1. The view is awesome though.

From a couple beach chairs and an umbrella to sand buckets and toys for the kids to boogie boards, we didn't have to go buy any of that thanks to the inventory of items in the closet!
