Condo at Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a luxury waterfront condo, just one & a half block from Vanderbilt Beach & Ritz Carlton. This unit is over 2000 square foot, beautifully decorated & offers a very large private terrace overlooking the bay. Private rear stairs to boat dock & parking garage. A short walk to Vanderbilt Beach where you can enjoy sandy white gulf beaches & stunning sunsets. Private gated resort style complex w/ both family friendly pool, an adults only lap pool, spa, grilling area & gym

Regatta requires a tenant evaluation form to be completed when you stay at the resort. It is $150.00 paid to the Regatta directly. You must complete the form 30 days prior to your stay.

Fabulous condo

Better than advertised, the condo is well appointed and we loved the decorating and amenities, definitely coming back next year!

This place worked very well for my family of 7- adult children. It was perfect location close to beach and my dad whos bday it was. Kitchen was well appointed, it had everything we needed to cook meals if we wanted to. the layout gave everyone privacy snd large living room and outdoor spaces for us all to gather together. And tge beach towels were amazing! we hope to return:)

Don’t do it!!!

Vrbo nightmare!! I’m literally shaken at the thought of this trip. My husband and I have traveled throughout the world and never had a bad experience renting a home. While I can give a pass at the issues of the outdated home (it was priced accordingly). I cannot ignore the harrassment and then violation of privacy from the owner. There is a Ring camera on the front door and the enclosed dining veranda (technically inside), the owners actively watch everything you do and say and they start emailing and harrassing you. We had three young toddlers traveling with us so it wasn’t going to be ideal to move but VRBO didn’t call me back so we were stuck staying there the entire week. I was sick to my stomach the entire time, knowing we were being watched. I also got the feeling we were being watched or recorded inside but I can’t prove it. First red flag should have been lack of reviews. I warn all future renters that Michelle is not level headed. She was lucky that we were kind and considerate to her place, future renters might not be so nice after how she treated us. If you don’t want children in your property then you shouldn’t allow that. Some places make that clear. We were down in Naples visiting family, my sister came over with her children and Michelle lost it saying it was an “event”. Text after text harrassing us until they left. Sending screenshots to me that an event is anything over 3 people. No visitors should be clearly stated in the property details, all it says is no events. The only nice thing about this place is the patio, but very windy out there. Furniture gets thrown around… it didn’t matter though because we weren’t comfortable hanging out out there since we were being watched. I will be persuing our issues with VRBO but my guess is she will find a way to get our review deleted like the others or create a new listing. Something doesn’t add up here…

Spacious Condo

After having to cancel our Ft Myers beach Christmas Vacation we had to scramble to find a new place big enough for our family of 7. This place turned out to be better than the pictures showed. It was very spacious for our family. Beautiful views of the bay and the city of Naples had just opened up the beach a block from the condo after the hurricane. We were pleasantly surprised at how decent everything looked after the hurricane had come through that area. The main pool and hot tub were just up and running the week we were there. (There was a second pool that was nice that overlooked the bay and was heated!) This place had enough nice beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. ( 5/8 min walk to public beach) We ate a few meals in and the kitchen was well equipped! Easy to get to places to eat and shop. We would highly recommend the Regatta and this condo!
