The location of this property is wonderful, located on the Oltrarno side of the river, this charming location allows for a trio of bridge views spanning from the Ponte alla Carraia below to Ponte Santa Trinita all the way to the famed Ponte Veccchio.

The clever split-level layout maximizes the use of space in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. The balcony runs the length of the apartment offering amazing views from several rooms given the clever design.
 
The hallway leads to the large, modern kitchen-dining room, then up a few steps to the living room with two sofas (photos taken before second sofa in place) and an armchair. Access the balcony and take in the view. A railing-height glass safety partition runs along the living room area that overlooks the kitchen-dining area. 

Bedroom 1 with an en suite bathroom is situated down a hallway and up a few stairs. Open the French doors from the balcony once again and enjoy the breathtaking view. At the end of the hallway is bedroom 2, the larger bedroom with a small seating area and French doors to the balcony. The bathroom for this bedroom is accessed off the hallway.

There are double-glazed windows throughout the property. Both bathrooms are appointed in beautiful Carrara marble.

As a safety precaution, children must be supervised at all times on the balcony/terrace.
