Ultra modern loft with 3-floor sunlight, 15 min from GGbridge

On a small vacation in 2003 to Bali, I was astounded by its fascinating culture and how it was being ignored except as a tourist destination. A very long story short, I developed three global conferences held there over a 5 year period with attendees like Nobel Peace Prize winner Desmond Tutu. From these conferences I launched a global learning center offering an opportunity for university students to connect their various class topics with Balinese indigenous practices. My son now is president of the company (Bali Institute), lives full time in Bali. I will be away in Bali for a few months to visit my family including two grandsons who are part Balinese. I am fascinated by indigenous cultures and most of my art and mask collections are from far away places in the world.
I found this loft 7 years ago and immediately fell in love with it. I hope the people who want to stay here will love it too. I also have terrific neighbors who all care about each other, and they will be a great resource if the renters need anything.

The property is wonderfully creative, comfortable with open space and windows everywhere. I actually leave the floor to ceiling windows uncovered so the moon and tars are always part of the evening and early morning. Of course there are blinds too if the renters would prefer privacy (although its totally private anyway).

Everyone is quiet and the renters will need to honor the quiet too.
