Relax and unwind at this newly renovated "mid-century modern meets beachy boho chic" 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit directly on the intercoastal, 2 blocks from beach access on Indian Rocks Beach. Gorgeous refinished terrazzo floors, freshly painted (inside and outside), beautifully curated furniture, and a family friendly neighborhood all makes for the perfect beach vacation. Bring your boat and dock it on the property! Have your morning coffee on the water or enjoy a waterfront BBQ on our grill.

Our property manager, Madison, lives close by in case of an emergency. We are always available through messenger and typically respond within 30 minutes.

This family friendly neighborhood features old Florida beach charm directly on the intercoastal. Just a short 5 minute walk (2 blocks) to beach front access, you will see people walking their dogs, riding bikes, running, and going to sunset walks. Lots of mom-and-pop style restaurants and shops within walking distance! Watch the sunrise in your backyard and the sunset at the beach!

Parking is available for 1 car (and second car can park directly behind the first car if needed).

The unit is on the first floor of a 4 unit building on the intracoastal, 2 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, 3 TVs with YouTube TV, strong WiFi, and plenty of beautiful sunshine!
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and overlooks the water. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a bunk bed.

Need more space? The apartment on the other side of the building can be rented and we can open and interior door for up to 12 people. Just ask for rental info!

Parking available on site. You may also want to explore by walking or bike riding. Feel free to use the free paddle boards that we provide to explore by water!

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max)

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $25 pending availability and approval.

*Pack & Play available upon request.

*If guest cancels their booking with VRBO, Booking, or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.

We provide everything for you- beach chairs, beach towels & umbrellas, beach buggies, and sunscreen. Feel free use the BBQ in the backyard and take our kayaks for a ride in the intracoastal.

Perfect for a Little Beach Getaway!

Host went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay! The condo is exactly as pictured with a short walk to the beach and the cutest coffee shops and restaurants - we recommend The Grove Surf Cafe! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

Weekend staycation

Summer Vacation

Property was convenient, cute and clean. Short walk to the beach and all you’ll need is supplied (chairs, umbrellas, etc). Beds were comfortable too! Communication with hosts was perfect, they went above and beyond.

spring break at indian rocks

My husband and I, plus 3 college-aged students, enjoyed this lovely spot. Lovely sunrises over the water and dolphins swimming nearby made it special. The beach is a short walk away. The weather in March was great and it was a great get-away.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. The rental was in a perfect location to access water views from the deck and just a short walk to the beautiful Indian Rocks beach. The location also allowed us to drive easily to other things in the area. The rental included all that we needed to cook a few meals and to enjoy time at the beach with towels, chairs, and even the sunscreen that I forgot to pack!

Wonderful trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was there. A short walk to the beautiful beach. The dock out back was wonderful too. We brought our dog and the neighborhood was great for walking him. It is a beautiful area with lots of cute houses. Short walk to restaurants too. Check in and check out we’re super easy and Andi was easy to communicate with- very attentive. Thank you for sharing your place with us- it was a wonderful, peaceful getaway!

Weekend getaway

Pros: Loved being on the bay and having the paddle boards to go out on the water! Great location, short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Cons: Beach was very crowded. The only “beach” chairs they had were small camping chairs which are hot and not at all comfortable for long beach days. Couch was small and uncomfortable, we laid on the bed to watch tv at night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Perfect getaway for a couple of days

We really enjoyed our time at this place. Just perfect to be right at the water with the outdoor seating. Also the beach and cafes and restaurants are right around the corner. Communication with Andi was perfect. We had one of the apartments on the first floor, with two bedrooms, one bathroom, which was perfectly fine for four adults. The apartment exuded a cozy charm with its soft lighting. The furniture, while stylish, leaned towards the less comfortable side. Regrettably, the cleanliness didn't quite meet our expectations. There were some minor issues such as windows and cabinets feeling a bit sticky and some hairs on the floor and dirt in the corners. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Indian Rocks Gem

We recently took a short spring break trip from Indianapolis to Florida and spent half our time in Disneyworld and half of our time on the Gulf coast in Indian Rocks. This property was exactly as described in the listing and was such a little charmer! We have three kids (15,14, and 9), and all three were perfectly comfortable in the kids room, which was across the apartment from the master bedroom. The intercoastal water view was a ton of fun and provided a nice alternative when our 9 year old wanted a break from the beach. The beach was a very short 2-block walk, and the apartment was well stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and a wagon. Indian Rocks itself was a sweet little town with plenty of options, and its proximity to Clearwater made it easy to catch some great Spring Training baseball.

Great Stay!

We visited Indian Rocks for a family event we were in town for and it was perfect. The owners were very accommodating. Location was amazing with short walk to the beach. When we weren’t at the beach we enjoyed the backyard on the water. Lounge chairs and table with chairs to sit and watch the boats go by. Paddle board or just enjoy the gorgeous views. They supplied a nice wagon to bring your belongings to the beach. Beach chairs were not great, they were more like folding sport chairs and not comfortable for the beach. The unit was clean and we were provided with everything we needed. Unit living space is small but very comfortable the furniture could be a little larger it was small and not that comfortable. I gave a 5⭐ because overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it and will hopefully be able to return one day soon!
