The space
Step inside this modern, spacious retreat and feel right at home. The open-concept living and dining area is bathed in natural light from expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sun and sand.
This condominium comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests, with a maximum of 3 adults. The bedding arrangements are:
Master Bedroom: One (1) King Bed
Second Bedroom: Two (2) Full Beds
Living Room: A comfortable sectional sofa. Please note it is not a pull-out, but memory foam pads are available for your use.

The condo was exactly what we needed, and the location was perfect. It's very close to the beach. It was nice to be so close especially with all our stuff. We appreciated the extra beach chairs and boogie board. The host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

We had the best time in Florida at this rental! Big enough space for my family of 4. The place was super clean and stocked with everything we needed! The reserved beach chairs were easy to find. We were also so thankful for the extra beach chairs and toys provided in the closet. The living room couch was so comfortable. We enjoyed it all. Location is great, just walk across the street to access the private beach. I look forward to future stays at this rental!

My stay was phenomenal. I highly recommend staying here. The host was extremely helpful and we communicated constantly. The unit was impeccable, without a doubt it is everything it says!!! Even though it is not beachfront, the beaches are only across the street. The best VRBO, I’ve stayed in this far. I normally don’t give reviews but this one is worth it.

Stay was excellent. The apartment was large and light filled. Beach is a 10 minute walk, and everything that I especially needed was centrally located –literally 3 miles away from the apartment. Owner was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place.

Condo is as advertised very clean comfortable and updated. Beds are very comfortable only knock honestly is water pressure in showers. Host responded quick to any issues which we did have but all are aside from host. I rented this particular place based off FREE CHAIR service that came with it. Usually we stay on the actual beach side but rolled the dice this year and went with this condo for the pool for kids. 2 issues we had #1 there’s a cleaning lady in the condo that will literally shut the lobby down to clean a very small area from 9-12am. Only post sign on main entrance doors which are not visible till you walk out elevator and start walking down hall. She’s very quick to yell at you if you walk through during cleaning. #2 and this is the big one the chair service which they say is free but we know your actually paying for in the price was very bad. I was told during my stay 2 chairs and 1 umbrella would be put out every morning with our condo # on them. We usually found our way to the beach every day between 9-10. Every day we could not locate our chairs. And we could not locate a worker which required us to reach out to host who would reach out to vendor and here a worker would come running down. He would always claim he put our chairs out but a home owner or someone wanting to rent chairs would request ours and not knowing if we were coming that day or not he would give them ours. This happened every day leaving us standing there and their attitude matches service.

Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about the condo. I'm glad you found it clean, comfortable, and as advertised. I sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with the beach chair vendor. The complimentary chair service is an amenity I provide at my own expense to enhance my guests' vacation experience, and I agree that the level of service you described is unacceptable. While the vendor operates independently and is outside of my direct control, I take feedback like this very seriously. I have already addressed these concerns with the company and made it clear that I will not tolerate my guests being treated in this manner. I would also note that your stay occurred during the 4th of July holiday week, traditionally the busiest week of the year in Destin, with both the building and beach operating at maximum capacity as America celebrated its 250th birthday. While that may help explain some of the challenges experienced throughout the property, it does not excuse poor customer service from any vendor. Regarding the lobby cleaning and water pressure, these concerns were not reported by other guests during that same period. In fact, across nearly 100 five-star reviews on another rental platform, these issues have not been mentioned. Nevertheless, I appreciate you bringing them to my attention so they can be reviewed. Thank you again for your feedback. I remain committed to providing the best possible experience for all of my guests.

I can’t even start to explain how great this condo was. It across the street from the beach but it was perfect and easy beach access. The whole condo was wonderful and clean. It was also very quiet and family oriented. The host was wonderful to work with and had the h it cleaned and ready for us early. I would recommend this unit to any family or couple get a way.
