The Space:

This beautiful house is equipped with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 7 guests comfortably on beds, along with a queen blow up mattress for the 8th person. During your stay, make sure to enjoy lots of leisure time as you'll have access to the community pools, hiking trails, BBQ area and game room.



Master Suite: King bed, comfortable chair, big screen Smart TV, workstation, luggage rack, ensuite bathroom.



Master Ensuite Bathroom: Vanity with double sinks, shower/tub combination, complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash, walk-in closet.



Guest Bedroom 1: King bed, luggage rack.



Guest Bedroom 2: Twin over full bunk beds, large Smart TV, chair, luggage rack.



Guest Bathroom: Large vanity, tub/shower combination, complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash.



Living Room: Large comfortable sofa, 2 chairs, large Smart TV.



Gourmet Kitchen: Fully stocked, coffee station with complimentary coffee & fixings, dining table with seating for 6.



Back Yard: Fully fenced, desert landscaping, outdoor dining table & chairs, outdoor seating.



This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.



Guest Access:

Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation.



Clubhouse and pool hours are 5AM to 11PM. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May, weather permitting.



The Neighborhood:

The La Estancia neighborhood is the finest in Kanab. Master-planned, it features a clubhouse with an indoor & seasonal outdoor pool, gym & recreation room.



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.



It's important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule.



Rules for La Estancia Community:

- There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.

- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage.

- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.

- Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.



Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.
