We werenât super impressed with our stay. This was a weekend trip for two families, because we were attending an event in Tampa, about an hour and a half from our homes. The event was both Friday and Saturday, so we chose to stay the weekend. We chose this place because it had a hot tub. We actually chose this place over other, bigger more updated places, because of the hot tub. I reached out Thursday to ask that the hot tub be warmed up so we could go in Friday night. I got a message back Friday afternoon that they leave it on. Which was nice to hear. I did have to ask for check in details, as they werenât provided. When we arrived Friday evening we found the hot tub draining onto the lanai. I reached out to the host and provided pictures. She said her maintenance team wouldnât be able to get there this weekend, and asked if we would unplug the hot tub. We did. We were given a 150 refund. While that was appreciated it, we did book this house because of the hot tub, and now we were unable to use it at all, which was frustrating. We could have saved a lot more than 150 by booking elsewhere. Also, itâs not mentioned in the description, that the room with 2 beds, is the master. So we ended up with kids in the master versus adults. Also, the tub in the first bathroom needs to be fixed. There are directions on how to turn it on but itâs very wiggly and feels like itâs going to come out when you pull on the knob. Bed wise, they are super uncomfortable. They had plastic protectors
