Welcome to your home away from home! Located in the Coliseum district; this updated home makes an excellent location to explore the city from. Attractions within a 6-mile radius include: The Alamodome, Sunset Station, Riverwalk, Pearl Brewery, San Antonio Zoo, Witte Museum, Botanical Gardens, and Convention Center.

Basketball fans, concert goers, and Rodeo fans will rejoice as Frost Bank Center & The Freeman are within walking distance from the property; stay here and save on ride share expenses or parking!

Military personnel can take advantage being close to Joint Base San Antonio-Ft.Sam Houston and weekly and monthly discounts. Depending on traffic, the home is a 10 minute drive to the New Braunfels St gate or a 12 minute drive to Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) gate.

Contract workers, traveling professors, digital nomads, and students can take advantage of the location being close to St. Phillips College, the University of the Incarnate Word, and the University of the Incarnate Word Nursing Wellness Center.

Situated in an urban mixed setting, neighbors include other homes, small to large businesses, the Freeman Coliseum/Frost Bank Center entertainment complex, Willowsprings Municipal Golf Course and Trail System, and industrial neighbors (the neighborhood borders an active train track and crossing approximately 150 meters from the home).

This property was so close to Frost Bank Center. The house was clean, and well maintained. Ruben was great with communicating and made my check in seamless! Excellent choice if you come to San Antonio

Great place for a Spurs game

The location is great for a Spurs game and the house was clean. The train did wake us all up throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again if we needed a place close to Frost Bank Stadium.

Ruben is an amazing host. He accomadated for us in so many ways. The location is near the Frost Center, just walking distance. We were able to walk to the venue to see our concert. We were also 10 minutes away from the Riverwalk! The neighborhood is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. The train would be the only thing I feel people would complain about but honestly, my friends and I slept like babies. It didn't bother us at all. Thank you, Ruben for making our San Antonio trip an awesome one! Your place was perfect for us! We also love that there were blankets for us to use and full kitchen! Also, the water and ice machine with fridge was so helpful!

San Antonio Stock Show home away from home.

We were here for a week while my daughters showed livestock at the stock show. It was so nice to have a place to come to that felt like home. The property was so close to the AT&T center that we were able to walk back and forth. We saved a ton of money making meals. We will try to book the same property for next year.

I'm a native San Antonian. I have lived all over the San Antonio area, and Texas for that matter, and enjoy sharing the history and stories of the places I have lived and been. I recently moved back to San Antonio and take pride in the city and want to share it with visitors.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I recently renovated this property from a long term rental to make use of the great location for concert goers and sports fans coming in from out of town. I wanted to offer it as an alternative to the commercial lodging in the area and allow guests to stay under one roof and experience a part of San Antonio that might not be experienced. The East side boasts some great restaurants and experiences all on it's own. From craft beer and wings to Asian infused Tex-Mex; the surrounding area is experiencing a revitalization.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Location! Location! Location! The home is located close to many sites of the city; most notably the Freeman Coliseum/Frost Bank Center grounds. This makes it perfect for travelers visiting the city for a specific concert or sporting event who are not familiar with the city. It also provides those travelers and visitors with a great location close to downtown without the expense of downtown.
