We absolutely loved this house and all that it had to offer! We were there for baseball at Lakepoint and were looking for a house to entertain kids, teens and adults. This was the perfect spot.

BEST baseball tourney rental. BOOK IT!

From start to finish, a wonderful stay. Trevor communicated quickly, the house comfortably suited our multi family/baseball team group, and we LOVED the outdoor space! Pool was even better in person! Kids enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor games, plenty of seating. House is clean with comfortable bedding. Close to everything you need. Stores, restaurants and 10 minutes max from Lake Pointe. Would book again without hesitation. Hope we get to! Thank you!!

I would not recommend this home. Let me start off saying the pool house, hot tub and pool were nice. The main house smelled liked it hadn’t been rented in a while. The house needs an upgrade, wall paper peeling, dust and spider webs were everywhere. Couch and bed linen has stains on them. Jetted tub in main bathroom wasn’t working and we weren’t notified. We were quite disappointed with our stay

Beautiful House

This place is beautiful and we had a great time. Would love to stay here in the summer when we can use the beautiful pool !! Perfect for a large family or group !!

Baseball Family

This house was perfect for 5 families (10 people total) on a baseball weekend. Everyone had their own space with plenty of communal areas as well. The backyard was amazing for a team cookout. The location was great for Lake Point Sports Park.

Perfect house for Wedding guest

The entire process of check in and check out was seamless! House was extremely clean with plenty of space to spread out. Everyone had a great time and the convenience was just what we needed! Zero complaints!

Excellent potential

The property is nicely nestled in a neighborhood a little over a mile from shopping and dining establishments. The amenities are nice as well. I especially liked the guest house. However, it was obvious that it wasn't checked to ensure it was ready to receive my family and me. Many of the issues that I addressed with the property manager would be deal breakers for most people. We elected to take care of them ourselves though.

Graduation Celebration

The property was perfect for the gathering of family and friends for our daughter‘s graduation from Berry College. The pool house was perfect for our dinner celebration. We found the house very accommodating with the number of bedrooms/bathrooms that were needed for those that were staying. The only negative was the outdoor pool. We found an uninvited guest floating in it when we arrived. It was a dead possum so we would not allow the children to swim. Aside from that uninvited guests, the pool itself was dirty. We understand that it’s tough to keep an outdoor pool clean , but we wouldn’t have let the children swim in it even if there hadn’t been a dead possum. We would definitely rent this property again. And we thank you for the opportunity.

LOTS OF BUGS! ROACHES EVERYWHERE DEAD & ALIVE! I SAT MY PIZZA BOX DOWN FOR 3-5 MINUTES AT BEST & THE ROACHES SWARMED MY FOOD LIKE BEES ON HONEY! STRONGLY advise owner to clean the house properly. Very disturbing to eat when I’m looking at ROACHES climbing up the wall. Sitting on the couch in the pool room HUGE ROACH flew into my lap. Unfortunately it was too late to cancel the booking. Our money was wasted. The pool & hot tub was the best 2 features of the property..

Overall good, but room for improvement

Overall our experience was enjoyable. The house has an excellent location and is very close to all Cartersville has to offer. The home was also well stocked with towels and essentials. They even left pre-pasted toothbrushes for everyone. The outdoor area of the house is also extremely nice and there was plenty of parking for our group. The host also allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated. The pool house is a great addition and there was plenty of space for our large group to hang out both in the main house and the pool house. We did wish the home had a larger dining room table for our group. A few things that we did not prefer, was the house was not overly clean. When we walked in we found several dead bugs in visible locations. There was also debris under furniture and I’m not sure the floors had been mopped. There was also open food in the cabinets. The half bath by the hot tub also had a full can of trash when we arrived. The host did offer to send over the cleaner when we mentioned this to them, but we chose just to take care of it ourselves. The house also has large windows, which is great, except at night. There are not blinds on the windows in the bedrooms and we felt very exposed to the street and neighbors. The pictures on VRBO are not exact as some of the furniture has changed. However, we did see the home on another travel hosting app as well and those photos are accurate. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there is some room for improvement.
