Very clean and well maintained property!It is in a average working neighborhood aged house that has been renovated and well maintained.. Backyard is nice with the pool but very small and tight to neighbors !But we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Peaceful Spacious Home in Miami

Wonderful house with pool

Very nice house that was just remodeled--everything is new, modern and clean. Great pool and outdoor space. Everything was easy and the house was well stocked

Gitrl Cousins Trip

The property is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and mini golf area. We took lots of pictures. The hostess was accommodating and quickly responded to questions we asked. I highly recommend this property!!!

Beautiful Home

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is beautiful, new, with a fabulous outdoor area. We had five couples and had plenty of room. The host was very responsive to any question and need we had. We highly recommend this home.

Thank you for sharing your experience, the truth is a little disappointing, from the moment you book you receive a message that explains that the information to enter the house will arrive the same day at 10 in the morning and it did, in addition to announcing that check in is at 4 pm, when you arrived at the house it was 11 am, the previous guests had just left and still, due to their advanced age, we let you come in earlier and enjoy the pool until the house was ready for you, you didn't have any problems during your stay, so I don't understand why 3 stars

Nice House With Easy Access

Overall the property is nice and in an ok neighborhood. We didn't feel unsafe. It was fairly quiet with the exception of an occassional loud car (no fault of the realty group of course). The house has a garage converted into a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Almost everything you need is provided. We had an issue with the sliding glass door to the patio unable to be locked, but it was fixed. Our biggest issue was the heater was still heating the pool even though it was almost 100 degrees outside. The water temp for the first 3.5 days we were there was between 102-105, too hot to use. The heater was eventually turned off and while it solved why the pool was hot, it did not solve the fact the pool was still too hot to use. We were finally able to use it in the evenings when the air temp was a little cooler and the pool had cooled down to 91 by the time we left. So while the realty group was responsive to the issue, the use of the pool did not get resolved and we were only able to use it about 1/2 of the days we were there. It was disappointing because it was so hot outside but we couldn't enjoy the main reason we rented this particular house.
