The beach is just a 2-minute walk across the street from this chic 4BR/3.5BA home in Ocean Isle Beach. Professionally designed interiors feature nautical dcor and stylish furnishings. Built in 2016, highlights of this newer family-friendly haven that sleeps 12 guests include a sparkling private heated pool, an elevator, multiple balconies, and two beautifully appointed living areas.

LIVING AREA
The stylish main living area has a contemporary feel and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Sprawl out on the sectional and screen a movie on the 64' TV.
Downstairs, a second living area offers a quiet retreat, equipped with a comfy sleeper sofa. Whip up drinks at the wet bar, or watch favorite shows on the 50' TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Its easy to prepare home-cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances (including a French-door fridge) and a big granite island that seats four.
Host dinner parties at a long wooden dining table, offering seating for 10. (Has both a drip & keurig coffee maker.)

BED & BATH
This house sleeps 12 guests between four elegantly appointed bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa, each room has a TV.
Located on the top floor, the expansive master bedroom boasts a plush king bed. A chic en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.
The guest rooms are located downstairs.
A second bedroom with nautical-themed accents has a king bed and an attached bathroom (also accessed via the hallway) with a walk-in shower.
Great for families, a third bedroom with shiplap walls features a queen bed and a custom-built bunk with two twin beds. A nearby fourth bedroom offers a queen bed. These rooms share access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination.
A half bath next to the laundry area provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Take a dip in the sparkling heated pool, surrounded by plenty of seating. Rinse off at the outdoor shower after fun-filled beach days.
Two separate balconies overlook the pool, with rocking chairs provided. An additional balcony at the front of the home offers a table and beautiful ocean views.
A gas grill on the patio is perfect for afternoon cookouts.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a Blu-ray player, washer/dryer, Pack 'n Play, beach chairs, high chair, baby gate, Sonos speaker, and toys are provided.
An elevator offers convenient access to the upper floors.
Parking is provided for four vehicles in a carport and two in the driveway.

LOCATION
Discover a stunning beach just a two-minute walk (200 yards) from your door! Or head to Ferry Landing Park (0.4 miles), a lovely spot to enjoy picnics and fishing beside the Intracoastal.

Find seafood eateries within 3 miles from home, and the manicured fairways of Brick Landing Plantation Golf Club are 6.7 miles away.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: You will find parking for up to 6 cars (4 in the carport and 2 in the driveway).
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $200 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

Great Vacation
We loved the location and cleanliness of the house! We took our children and grandchildren, and the short walk across the street to beach access was great! The only issue we had was all our allergies really kicked in. I’m assuming it was high pollen season there. But all in all we had a great week! Highly recommend this house.

Perfect beach house!!
The owners of Beer and Sunshine have done an excellent job of creating the perfect beach getaway. All the furniture was comfortable, living room and bedrooms. The paint colors and accessories made for a very calm and relaxing environment. The kitchen was so well stocked, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and silverware. We cooked most of the time and nothing kitchen related was missing. The elevator was a HUGE convenience. Great view of the ocean from the front porches. The pool was great and the beach accessories were greatly appreciated. Very family oriented home and we hope to come back again.

Especially loved that there were 2 kings. So important w two families. Very clean. Nice beach view from the front porches to the left. House mgmt staff was very responsive.
