Suite Dreams II @The Grand Lux Beach Resort is a Private Suite w/its own private entrance & private patio.

Your beautiful space is 400 sqft with 9 foot high ceilings & completely private!

You have a Brand New Bathroom that has a 8 ft x 3 ft Stand up Shower!

There is a kitchenette that has a cooktop with pots/pans, a toaster, microwave, Full size refrigerator, and Kerig Duo Coffee maker.

*There is No Oven.

There is a Queen bed, a brand new Queen memory foam top Sofa Bed & bedroom furniture with plenty of space for clothing.

You have your own private 12x24 foot Brand New Trex Deck that has its OWN outdoor shower & BBQ!

You also have your parking space on the 8th street parking side in the driveway of the 2 door car garage.

There is also space for your RV & we have RV waste disposal available for an extra fee!

What is Unique for this Suite Dreams II is you'll have your own area for your dog to go outside.

There is also a shared doggie park too!

Main Property Resort:
The Grand Lux has a 39x17 Large Shared Pool & Shared main backyard for all to utilize. The property is a 2.5 lot size providing PLENTY of space for privacy and mingling if desired.
There is a Dog Park for guests who want to put their dogs in the dog park as we do not allow dogs to roam free if other guests are present at the pool as they may not like this.
However, the beach neighborhood is dog walking friendly & safe as you will see many people walking their dogs.

There is also a Kid's Playhouse that will have DVDs for kids to watch movies & some toys to play. I encourage you to bring toys for your kids also. Perhaps sleeping bags etc. !!

Please note: you are responsible for your children & dogs at all times.
