The home is newly renovated yet keeps its beachy, old school feel. With a smart TV and blazing fast internet, you will be able to stay connected during your stay.

This is the bottom level of a triplex but has no shared spaces but there are two very close neighbors. You will have your own private space but unfortunately there is no yard access.

The house is surrounded by businesses. The "neighborhood" actually starts one more block east.

This means that it is very quiet during the days but can be busy during nights with the close by bars and restaurants.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.

Great Beach House Centrally Located To Everything.

This place is perfect for one person or a couple. Very centrally located just two blocks from the beach with many restaurants and bars in the area. Would definitely stay again and certainly recommend it.

Great place to stay

This unit is just perfect for a single traveler or couple. It is not large, but has everything you need, plus easily walk to all the best Jax Beach places.

We love this property. Perfect location to walk to the beach, and 15 minutes from Mayo Clinic. With two main arteries of the city just blocks away, it’s easy to navigate any part of town.Looking forward to our next trip down, and staying again.Zac is an excellent host and always quickly responds to any communication.

Great efficiency apartment.

Perfect efficiency walking distance to the beach and surrounding bars. Only microwave for kitchen but we only planned on eating out. Stay was comfortable.

So cute and clean

We were there for my husbands appt at Mayo Clinic and was only a 10 minute drive. The unit was exactly as shown. The bed was so comfortable and the unit was very clean. Everything you need is there. Would definitely stay there again

Perfect fit

The space is small but it was all my husband and I needed for a 4-night stay while in town for appointments at Mayo Clinic. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The area is a little noisy but the air purifier drowned out the noise nicely at night.

Pleasant comfortable with utility

What I say utility we had everything we needed for a 4-day weekend. The place was comfortable We had all the amenities we needed, shower coffee maker little kitchen nice comfortable bed. The neighborhood was pleasant everything, restaurants, Publix,coffee shops were within walking distance. The beach was so close and convenient for us to take our dog out there to play in the water.

Sleeping was a little uncomfortable as the shades did not darken the room Sontheimer was too much light coming through the curtains. However it is very close to beach.

Comfort of bed

Everything was great except the bed. The bed could use something to keep it from sliding around the floor. There are no other complaints. The stay was great and the house was amazing. I will book again someday.

Noise

On the website it did not mention that it was net to a Taco 'Bell drive thru window. Also,it was not mentioned that it was one block away from a main noisy street. I guess what you pay for!

All around great!

We have had several trips down to Mayo Clinic, hate it took us this long to find this gem. Walk to the Beach and all our favorite Jax Beach spots, quick drive up to City Center and Neptune Beach, and less than 15 minutes to Mayo!!!!! Taco Bell drive through is right next door, but if you sleep with any background noise, like a fan, you won’t hear anything. Was not an issue at all. Zac was awesome!! He’s quick to respond and very helpful. This space is comparable in size to a hotel room suite. But, more private, and convenient. Great price point as well. Definitely going to stay again. Would 100% recommend!!!

Short vacation by the beach

This property is EXACTLY as listed. It is nice, quite and cozy for a short getaway. Just enough room for me and the pups. The property is located walking distance to the beach and there’s variety of restaurants near by. The best part is that this property is CLEAN CLEAN AND CLEAN. Did I say CLEAN! Oh, the host Zac, is beyond awesome! He responded quickly with the booking and questions. He even checked to make sure I was enjoying the property the next day. Now that’s beyond a 5 star!! That’s a 10 in my book. No improvement needed!! Thanks and I will be back.

Quick beach getaway

We were in Jacksonville for a concert and decided to just make it a long weekend at the beach. This property was perfect and exactly what we needed for a couple nights. Close to the beach and restaurants. Good communication from host, exactly as listed and we had zero issues. Thank you!

Cute, cozy and convenient place to stay

My husband and I stayed here for a short vacation to Jacksonville. The location is close to the beach and bar scene. The updates that have been done are very nice and the host was great during the entire process. There was an issue that was resolved and the host was very responsive. Would use them again on another trip to Jax Beach!

Great getaway

Just as listed. Walk distance from the beach, nice and clean, parking spot right in front of the house. Cool mirrors and good shower. Owner responded to all my questions and messages on time. I'd definitely recommend for a quick getaway!
