The property was in a great location, good size with good layout of furniture, kitchenware and relatively clean but:-safe did not work (have video)-garage door failed to close or open had to be manually operated on last two days (have video)-towel hanger fell off in master bedroom -master bathroom door handle was really loose/damaged (have video)-carpet was dirty and well worn-old stains on comforter in master-pillows on couch had weird smell/stains

Great location, clean, fun, plenty of space!

Fantastic location! Walking distance to all the best bars and restaurants. The beach is a stones throw from the front door and excellent coffee shops on the way. Plenty of space for me and all my friends plus the beds were extremely comfortable! Overall great experience, easy check in and check out!

Great location

This condo was only a block from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The complex was quiet and peaceful, a great home base for all kinds of adventures. My family of eight, all ages, were surprised and delighted to walk to the beautiful beaches every day. They all want to do it again.

Family Wedding

Home offers all the amenities needed. Our family was here for our sons wedding. Family and friends were spread out from Mission Bay to the wedding venue in La Jolla. Great location, central to all local attractions. Can walk to beach, PB pier, restaurants, bars.

Overall great location and experience. The property does need a little attention and care. Simple little maintenance issues will make this a 5-star stay. Communication was very good and timely. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

It was in a nice neighborhood but parking was impossible to find. Didnt know the property came with a garage but cost an extra 100 to use. Should be inlcuded knowing the parking situation. Property was nice and clean except the only call out on the cleaniness was the stairs carpet, very filthy and the baseboards were also dirty.

Nice location

House was a perfect location. Close to all the PAC Beach excitement, restaurants, bars and beach. We had a few neighbors who liked to party and were loud until the early 3 am hours. It’s definitely a party area for younger crowd. We didn’t have any issues with that though. The house could use a little TLC and some new carpet for sure but other than that it worked out perfect for us. The garages are small but we were able to fit our ford transit in garage 4 only. We had a very skilled driver who was able to do it.

Good house. Lacks parking. Was notified at time of check in that parking is additional cost. Lacks towels. It has shower towels but no sink towels so bring yours

Our Stay

Overall our stay was an okay experience. We thought that the house could have been cleaner, especially the floors. The refrigerator wasn't working properly, and took a couple of days to fix. The sofa bed was broken and was not able to be replaced during our stay. The property management company was responsive, but the inconvenience of those two items not working was a struggle to deal with. We understand that sometimes things break down, so it was just unfortunate that it happened during our stay. The location was great though.

terrible… Beware

As you can tell by the listing on the website, there is a two car garage that you can rent for a fee. The only problem is when you get there you cannot rent the garage because it is unavailable. The house was overall very dirty, mold in the shower, Countertops covered up with spray paint , over holes in walls Sloppily painted-unprofessionally, bathroom drain in tub clogged, Top of refrigerator and freezer not cleaned wait old food on it and in it. These are a few examples of how bad this rental is. Stay away!!!!!
