Located less than a mile from Tamarindo Beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to restaurants, shops, and other attractions in town. Nearby, you’ll find nature preserves, The Monkey Jungle Zip Line Tour, eco-parks, and more.

At home, start the day with a cup of coffee on your ocean-view patio. The wall of sliding glass doors lets abundant natural light into the condo and creates a true indoor/outdoor feeling. You’ll find stylish, modern furnishings and an open layout, ideal for spending time with friends and family. Pick up some local produce and use the full, well-equipped kitchen to prepare a tropical fruit salad, then grab a bite together at the breakfast bar before heading out. Amazing property. Just as described, sunsets are also fantastic. And agree with other reviews on making sure you have a 44. The hill is pretty steep but 100% worth it.

Wonderful stay

The house was very, very nice—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The views from the property were absolutely spectacular, and the pool was a highlight of our trip—perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to others.

The master bed is terrible. Squeaks at every move!!! Need a new bed. Coffeemaker is slow and could use better pots and pans. Otherwise beautiful

We had an amazing stay in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. The view alone is worth it, absolutely stunning and hard to beat in the area. The infinity pool is easily accessible and makes the whole experience feel next level, especially at sunset.The house itself was very well equipped. All the electronics worked great, and everything we needed was there, which made it super comfortable.The Wi-Fi was a little spotty in certain areas of the property, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. The road up is true off-roading, definitely a mountain drive, but we saw small cars going up and down without issue.If you’re looking for a place with an unbeatable view and a great pool, I’m not sure this can be topped around Tamarindo.

The property if lovely, if you're in the mood for a modern development up on the mountain away from everything, in an condo complex. The actual place is nice, but the access road is very rough, making it cumbersome every time you come or go. I was imagining something near the beach ... oops!

Eternity pool to paradise ocean view

Absolutely loved it. Great place, and going in the green season we basically had the resort to ourselves. Only problem is we should have booked it longer, like a month! Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Awesome!

Sunset views spectacular

GREAT condo, GREAT infinity pool, roomy and well appointmed and the sunsets every evening beyond description. Only nasty is the crazy road up to the property...but this IS Costa Rica, so kind of comes with the territory. I would recommend a 4 wheel drive if you're doing your own driving in this part of the world...driving is ALWAYS an adventure!

We loved the condo, pool, view, security, communication, parking and amenities. Updated bathrooms and air conditioning were very nice! Although it’s advertised as steep road, the way up and down was too scary for us to drive. We ended up walking down and then ubered back up. The beach is right at the end of the 1/2 mile long road which was convenient so Ubers were only 4-10.

Great property and loved the pool! The guard closed the gate on our rental truck leaving a dent causing 200 in damage which he did not offer to pay for. The WiFi in the room did not work and when we let the host know there was no response. Other than those items the condo was very pleasant - definitely recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle To get up the hill

The condo was excellent, very large, spotless, and with a stunning view. The pools were also fantastic, truly 10/10. Everything about the unit and property was wonderful.The only downside is the road to the condo which is a very big issue . It’s a VERY steep, narrow dirt road that’s slow and stressful to drive, especially if another car is coming the opposite way. Many taxis and Ubers refused to come up, and a 4x4 is a must.The listing says it’s 13 minutes to the beach, which could be true by but walking back up the hill is not realistic, especially in the heat. Overall, we loved our stay just want future guests to be aware of the road so they can plan accordingly.

10 out of 10. Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed ourselves immensely.The villa was perfect for 2 couples. Very modern and clean. All amenities were thought of and available. Only thing missing in the kitchen were a cake pan and a cookie sheet. The guards/security team were friendly and efficient.The cats were a nice bonus. We saw the monkeys on our first morning after arrival! We actually enjoyed our daily walks down the steep road to the village of Tamarindo. Great way to get our exercise and then taxi back up end of day. The pool was refreshing and perfect place to enjoy the sunsets.I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!
