Catch glimpses of rocket launches from this two-story duplex's balcony or the beach that's just a few blocks from home. After days of lounging in the sand and watching cruise ships go by, rinse off in the outdoor shower. The fenced backyard offers an ideal spot for your group to lounge in the shade, while the second-floor balcony offers room to sunbathe at home.

Inside, two living areas with smart TVs provide ample space to gather for the big game or a movie night. TVs in two of the bedrooms provide added entertainment before bed. A loft in one of the guest bedrooms is a perfect fit for the kids in your group. An office space in the laundry room makes for an ideal work-from-home setup. After you prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, gather between the kitchen bar and adjacent table to dine together.

Take a short bike ride or drive to explore Port Canaveral. Enjoy a meal at one of the fine-dining restaurants or take a casino-inspired day cruise. You'll have the beach within walking distance, with Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier just two miles south. Cape Canaveral Lighthouse is two miles northwest and the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and NASA are just 17 miles away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
