Cathy the property manager was on top of everything. If we needed something she responded right away. There was a problem with the clothes dryer not working at some point in our stay, but the host worked that out to our satisfaction. The place was very clean and the location makes the beach easily accessible.

The house was lovely. Had everything we needed, it was clean and well stocked with the basics including a Mr Coffee coffee pot, and a combination washer & dryer in one was AWESOME! New appliances including an oven with an air fryer! The screened in porch was wonderful. We spent our mornings and evenings enjoying the breeze outside and enjoyed the ceiling fan and ambiance of the patio lights. The beach is very close, a short walk of a few blocks. Great shopping and restaurants close by for dine in or dilivery. The peacocks WERE FABULOUS! And visited the yard several times while we were there. Will definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our stay. Walking distance from the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. The house is adorable inside and had all the basic necessities!!

Great house

I loved this house. It was perfect for my family! Not too small just perfect! I loved how it was close to the beach and if we needed anything we could walk to a little store.

Buyer Beware

The place looks just like the picture. The problem with the place is the smell and presence of mold and moisture. We tried to air the place out, but in the end, we couldn't stay. Tried to get a refund from the host, but he is not willing to give us our money back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at this place for 3 weeks while doing contract work for Blue Origin at the nearby space force base. The location was excellent, only about 7 minutes from the base entrance. Everything was clean and conveniently laid out. My only note would be if you have large loads of laundry use the nearby laundromat. The 2 in 1 unit struggled with larger loads.

Ok for a last minute booking.

The house itself is adorable with plenty of space for 6. The backyard was also very nice. The worst part was dealing with the property manager who advertises to families but wont provide a travel crib, ugh dealing with the crazy neighbors who clearly didn’t like having a vacation rental in their neighborhood, and the showers. Terrible waste of water with hardly any hot water on the cold days we were there. Nobody wants to take a cold shower on vacation. Would I book it again?? Probably not, but with a few changes I would recommend it for others who are looking for a more affordable option.

Just as described

We took our annual vacation with our daughter, husband and our 2 grandchildren (3 and 5). We love this area…the neighborhood is extremely quiet, it’s exactly a .5 mile walk to the beach, and the house was exactly as described. The hostess is very very responsive. The house is cute, very clean, and well maintained. The are only a few things I will note for others…it felt small for us for sleeping…because two of the rooms connect directly to the main living space we had to be careful when the kids were sleeping so as to not wake them up. Just to note if you are bringing kids.We loved the screened in porch for the mornings and evenings however the sprinkler system sprayed water directly into it so many mornings it was soaked. When I let the hostess know she came right over to try to fix it. Other than that…a great place all around!!!

Perfect for the Beach

You are just a short walk from the beach, a beach that you can watch launches from. The next time we want to catch a rocket launch we will rent here again. It's also perfect for small kids huge yard with a secure fence and a shared screened in patio to watch them it was perfect for what we needed.
