Colonial house located right next to the famous restaurant the Inn , easy walking distance to everything in Town . We offering you to stay in Complete Private master bedroom with attached to full bathroom . The comfy queen size bed dressed with sheets and blankets. The Half of house included Private living room with comfy queen sofa bed next to the electric fireplace and 42 inch Roku TV , fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, full size stove with oven. You will stay in Historical Colonial House from the time of George Washington surveyed the town. House recently renovated and has central heating and air conditioner system. Every room has windows with natural light. You will not SHARE space with no one ! Peaceful and safe neighborhood with Free parking next to the white fence . We are dog friendly only when you renting Entire house . Please read house policy. We are available24/7 by text or call ,our house located right next to Colonial house. Have a wonderful stay !

Great alternative to the Inn
The accommodations were kept very clean and about a 1-2 min walk to The Inn at Little Washington. The town is very small so there are few places to stay outside of the Inn which can be very expensive. This place was a great alternative. Additionally, Oxana was an excellent host who met us as we arrived and gave us loads of information about the town. She was also exceptional with communication leading up to our arrival.

Great Experience!
We were having dinner at the Inn, and this little house was absolutely perfect for our stay! A complete kitchen, living/dining area, and a very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. If you are dining at the Inn, but don’t want to spend the hundreds of dollars to stay at one of the Inn’s properties, this place is perfect!

Perfect location
We stayed for here for our dinner at the inn, which is literally around the corner. The hosts were above and beyond friendly and oriented us to the town. The space itself was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who was looking for somewhere to stay for the inn

You can't beat this place for location, price, and friendliness!
Oksana and Jeff are wonderful. They gave us a great history of the town. The house and apartment is adorable. We really enjoyed our stay with them and will be coming back.
