Laguna Beach House - steps from the sand!

Newly restored beach house in North Laguna Beach just steps from Shaw’s Cove and a 15-minute stroll along Heisler Park into Downtown Laguna, located on the ocean side of PCH.

Our thoughtfully designed space features custom furniture and curated details for a luxurious beach-side experience. Enjoy high-end touches like top of the line mattresses and down pillows.

Note that there are other units on the property with annual renters.

The listed home is the front house, featuring high-end synthetic turf in the front yard and lush trees and landscaping throughout the property. Enjoy outdoor cooking with a grill available.

We offer two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen futon—additionally we have a high-quality pull-out sofa. The king bedroom includes a walk-in closet and direct access to the bathroom. The queen bedroom features a premium futon bed and is located just off the living room, enclosed by sliding barn doors. In the living room, the Pottery Barn sofa converts into one of the most comfortable pull-out beds available.

Beautiful, cozy cottage in Laguna Beach!

Clean, quiet little place in a great location in North Laguna. Owners are onsite and very responsive and helpful. Was a perfect spot for us to stay in between moving our home!

Beach vacation

Great property and location in Laguna Beach. Walkable to multiple beaches and great downtown, restaurants, etc. Very clean and with all amenities you would want for beach time - towels, chairs, etc. Owners were easily accessible and helpful during our stay. Loved our time in Laguna and would not hesitate to stay at this property again!

Amazing and beautiful VRBO

We needed to communicate with the owner prior to our stay and the owner was easy to reach and very helpful and friendly. The property was easy to get into and it was very quaint, beautiful, and beachy. The proximity to the town and to the grocery store was perfect and quick! We would absolutely rent this VRBO again in the future.

Adorable beach cottage with ocean views

We originally only Wanted to stay in Laguna Beach 2 nights but the second we walked into this adorable, clean, fresh and inviting cottage, we extended our stay. It was perfect. We walked along the beach every morning, ate dinner in town and strolled home. Supermarket nearby for easy food shop. Great activities in Laguna. People are friendly. Restaurants are great. I cannot wait to go back and I will stay here!! Place was immaculate, well stocked, Wi-Fi great.

My daughter and I stayed for three nights and had such an awesome time. From the minute we parked our car, we were ready to relax and take it all in. The cottage is very charming and very clean. I have been vacationing in North Laguna my entire life (since I was in my Mom's belly) and I have so many fond childhood memories of Shaw's Beach and Boat Canyon/Fishermen's Cove. This was the perfect place to share these with my daughter as well as make new ones. I am so grateful that we found this property. I would come back and rent this adorable cottage time after time!

Beautiful location, cute home!

We loved this cute cottage and it was perfect t for our family of 3! Beds are very comfortable and home was very clean! The host even got sand toys for our little girl to play with. The location is a short walk to shaws cove beach and not far from downtown. The few things we would suggest is that would be nice is to have an outdoor table and chairs in the yard. The one with the deck in the photo is for the other unit. Also the bathtub plug didn’t work. Everything else about the cottage we were happy with ! It was a cute, quaint cottage in a beautiful location! Thank you! We would defiantly rent this again!
