Great Family trip!

When we arrived the house was clean and very suitable for our needs. There was room for all of our family and the children loved it! We were able to get to any stores we needed and the beach was just a short drive. We had a lot of fun and was able to relax without crowds of people. My husband was stung by a wasp the first day but we got wasp spray and that was our only complaint but you can’t help nature. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful stay in Florida. Would stay again if ever back down that way!

Away from it all but with a short drive to get back

Peaceful and quiet property where we could soak up each other's company with a game or around a fire in the back. Lovely!

Not as advertised

We actually didn’t stay, there were already renters. (Roaches). We didn’t even unpack after carrying all the bags inside. There were multiple problems. There was a broken window in the living room. The tv remote didn’t work. The shower curtain stained horribly. The tub was stained. But the kicker was the roaches. We obtained a full refund.

Rural but not!

We absolutely loved our Easter visit. I loved that I could sit out back and listen to the wind in the trees and feel like I was in the country, but get in my car and five minutes later I’m wherever I need to be. The property is very large with lots of room for our family to spread out. We loved the backyard because it is right on a creek. My son-in-law caught a huge drum the yard. My grandson caught fire flies. All the amenities that you need our ride at your fingertips. Plenty of linens. The beds were very comfortable. This will be my go to spot when I go to visit my family in Pensacola. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Michelle and Jody Bentley combined two of their passions, the love of people and the love of real estate and created Screaming Reel Properties. With their passion for creating beautiful homes and getaways coupled with their love of people and making them happy. They decided to venture into the world of vacation rentals. So they took two tiny one bedroom apartments and opened the doors to their new adventure. Those two tiny apartments quickly grew to what is now 25 houses, apartments, and condo's in Pensacola, and Fort Walton Beach. But the dream did not stop there! They brought in the family. Today's Screaming Reel Properties is now run by the entire family. Brother Cary and his wife Debbie joined the team in 2021 to make it a true family business we also have some of the kids out taking care of things as well. And They will all be looking forward to sharing another Beautiful Day in Paradise with you!
