This house was perfect for my stay. Everything was nice and well maintained. I will recommend anyone looking for a peaceful stay to book here. My son even lost his wallet and the owner contacted me very fast to let me know.

This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. It has a breathtaking view with a dock leading out, over the water offering great fishing. The house is perfect for a vacation get away in Pensacola Fl and not far from the Blue Angels and sandy beaches.

Wonderful stay! We really appreciated that the house was well stocked and clean and the views were phenomenal! We enjoyed seeing dolphins in the bay in the mornings.

This property is spacious and wonderfully designed with fantastic views of the bay. It's ideal for family and large gatherings. Few suggestions: 1) Please fix sliding back window door as it often sticks; 2) Hot tub needs to be cleaned more thoroughly as it still contained dirt stains after weekly cleaning; 3) Firepit and grill were not ready for use - dirty with old charcoal and ash; 4) Communication with host was often replaced with AI responses which made direct dialogue confusing and inaccurate.

Great rental with a beautiful view!

The house had everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and sunset view over the Bay. Our host Kim was very accommodating and made the check in/check out process as simple as possible. I would definitely rent this house again. Roger

Absolutely beautiful

We had an amazing stay. The home was exactly like it was on the description. The view was absolutely beautiful. So peaceful and quiet. There was even cooking ingredients available, coffee, extra toiletries, and firewood that we were able to use. Most places do not provide these items. I would definitely recommend.

Dream view

The house is beautiful, spectacularly stocked, very clean and was above and beyond in almost every way possible. The only down side is that this bay has warnings of bacteria periodically due to the sewage water drop nearby. We were warned not to eat any catch off the dock because of the bad water test reputation. We had a child step on a rusty roofing nail in the front yard, so keep an eye out for those, unexpected trips to urgent care aren’t fun. The stove had pilot light issues as well.

Thanks for staying and we are so sorry your child stepped on a rusty roofing nail. We will keep our eyes out for any more of those!!! Also wanted to let you know that the pilot light for the left stove was fixed last week; unfortunately we had to wait months for a part. Lastly I wanted to speak to the water quality of Perdido Bay. There is a huge conservation project surrounding Perdido Bay due to the rich habitat for fish, birds, etc. Below is the URL to the water quality page where you can check the water quality of Perdido Bay monthly: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/ad41dd1cb28642fe806e2f3588b11ff8. Our house is located in the upper segment of Perdido Bay and Enterococci (MPN) threshold is 130 which hasn't been seen since 2018. We also are unaware of any allowed sewage drops but will definitely be researching that.

New favorite vacation place.

Everything was great. Great fishing off of the amazing dock. Great paddle boarding. Great home. Away from the busyness of town but easily accessible to everywhere. Definitely recommend for anyone. Calm. Quiet. Peaceful.
