Great Stay!
This property was great and was in a fantastic location! The check in process was very confusing and took awhile. Our group arrived in two seperate vehicles at two seperate times and security would not let the second car through (glad the building is secure- wish it would have been less secure in the moment ). Overall it was a great place and the owners were readily accessible by email!

Perfect Spot
The location was perfect! There was plenty of space for our entire family. The location was absolutely perfect! Right across the street from the beach and within walking or driving distance to many differences restaurants and attraction spots! This location is right by the parking garage so it was very convenient to unload and load your vehicle. The pools were wonderful for the entire family. The condo was inviting and had everything that you needed to make this a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again! The kids absolutely loved it.

Great Communication
The room was nice and the communication between the host on answering any questions was a quick responds. The only thing I didn't care for is having to spend another almost $120 for arm bands to have access to the amenities of the property that we never use because we never use them.

Worn down, money making property with decent location.
The pictures look great, but clearly little to no money has been invested in keeping up the property since it’s initial rehab. Kitchen had broken cabinets, and leaky dishwasher, broken drawers, minimal supplies. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Minimal towels. Everything just looked really beat up.

Five Star Rating
Wonderful place to stay, especially in the Winter. Great view of the lake with about a dozen cormorants and some herons watching for fish. Found many places to walk, many pickleball players (on the outside court, at a local park and a senior center then in the event center). Found many great restaurants and bars. In the unit the dinnerware and cooking items were very good; the only problem was terrible silverware. We stayed two and a half months. We will probably be back next year. The price was reasonable. Very good access to the beach but we didn't use it often. We liked Panama City Beach, Panama City and Lynn Haven very much.

Good!
Condo worked well for our family of five. All in all it was nice. The condo was a little dinged up here and there, all cosmetic… moldings, chair rails, etc. Everything within the condo worked well and the location was good.
The resort it self could use some attention. Multiple elevators were down for maintenance during our stay. Not to mention the nearest stairwell was closed. We did enjoy the multiple pools and hot tubs.
Our family loved having the beach and Pineapple Willys directly across the street.

Double check appliances
When we got there the front fest was not friend at all, the dish washer was broken. A light fixture had a loos screw so it fell. There was a fire next to our room or at least close to it. We had to get out and walk 6 floors thinking something bad was gonna happen had to get out of our rooms to wait outside. Other the. That it was okay but won’t come

Dumpster fire
Beds were uncomfortable, pillows had stains, fake leather sofa material was peeling, most of the overhead lights and outlets did not work, we had to tighten screws on dining chairs because they were wobbly, barely any kitchen cooking utensils/pans, but the worst was when we discovered one of the bunk bed mattresses was wet and smelled like pee! They sure made it look good in pictures online but this place was an absolute dumpster and we couldn’t get any response from the property manager and the “happy stays” app provided no help or way to communicate with the host and would not email/resend my password. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

Water went out for 2 hours and weren’t told ahead of time. Carpet in family room was a trip hazard.
Convient to beach.Lamp in master bedroom did not work. Sconces on beds did not work had to get batteries. Showers were good.

Overall trip was good far as spacious for bedrooms/barhrooms. The only BAD part was the floor was very very dirty. Besides sand(which I know will be there) you could not walk on the floor as your feet would be beyond black in just a few moments. Besides the dirty floors, overall was good.

The main bathroom ceiling is covered in mold and my son has asthma really bad. The restroom coat rack is broken as well, the second bathroom had a whole in the ceiling and water coming down, only 1 television was working, and neither ceiling fans worked.Overall, the stay was horrible!!

We sincerely apologize for the condition of the property during your stay. What you experienced, especially the mold in the bathroom and the water coming through the ceiling, is completely unacceptable. We are especially sorry to hear that your son has asthma, as we understand how concerning this must have been for your family.
We also apologize for the broken coat rack, the television and ceiling fans not working, and the overall condition of the unit. These issues should have been identified and addressed before your arrival.
We take your feedback very seriously and are reviewing these concerns with our maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure the necessary repairs and inspections are completed. We truly regret that we fell short of providing the clean, safe, and comfortable stay you expected. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.

We had a great time at Laketown Wharf 633. The condo was exactly as listed and was well supplied with all we needed for our stay. The host was very thorough on check in/out procedures and gave us recommendations on local things to do. The beds were very comfy and the towels/bedding were very nice. The condo was spacious enough for our party of 8. Pineapple Willy’s is right across the street and beach access is a very short walk. Walmart is also within walking distance. The pools were lovely but unfortunately were too cold to swim (1st week of October). The elevators were quick and parking was available on the 6th floor of the parking garage making it super easy to unload our things.
The only negatives were the floors were dirty and our feet were black within a short time of walking on them. We had to wear our shoes the entire time. Also, the shower water never got hot and most of the time we only had cold water. The kitchen sink water however was so hot it would burn you. Also the bunk bed seemed very wobbly and unstable. We didn’t use the top bunk because we were scared of it falling. Lastly, the front door isn’t able to be locked from the inside and we had a 2 year old in our group that was able to open the front door.
Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this condo to our friends!
