Nice Home

The home was comfortable. The backyard was very nice, with a pergola that had lights that came on automatically and two outdoor seating areas. Water pressure in the showers was very good. The covered front porch was a nice place to sit. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood. It was nice to have televisions in each of the bedrooms. Check in was very smooth.

Excellent

We loved everything about this property. The shower was the best shower I have ever taken. Beds was so comfy. Kitchen was beyond my expectations. We played cards comfortably with 4 people on the dining room table. 2 Tables and 8 chairs and a furgala on a cement slab. Neighbors was funny and welcoming, Lots of room for our car parking. Neighborhood was quit and we walked a lot around the neighborhood streets, and it was welcoming and quit. Nice clean and safe neighborhood.

Too pricey

The property manager was great at communicating. They did let us in a little earlier, and said it was ready for us. It was NOT ready. The beds were not made, nor were any of the bedding cleaned. They all had sand in the bedding. The floors were filthy. I went and bought a swifter to clean the floors. I went through a whole box of wet and dry pads. The stove was dirty when we got there. If we have to pay the cleaning fees due to the cleaners prices then they should find a new cleaning company. They did respond quickly to the leak under the sink. The house is laid out really cute. The furniture was coming apart for the kitchen table too.

Step into the waterfall shower, or change it to rain forest if you wish. Enjoy beautiful bayou views from the front porch, grill your favorite foods in the back yard, and then enjoy a good movie in any bedroom, or the living room on the flat screen TV's.

Guests have access to the entire house and use of the back yard. Everything here is for our guests enjoyment. On top of that, you also have bayou access directly across the street.
