Loved our stay. The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Host was always quick responding to any questions we had. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the check-in process was simple and hassle-free. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Everything a family of four needed.

This is a quiet property with a pretty view. It had all the daily necessities for my family’s needs. We enjoyed the amenities of heated pool, hot tub, and gym. It is in walking distance of a few places to eat. The location is secure and parking is convenient.

Pretty Ideal

We loved the location - right on the canal. Close to everything downtown. The layout of the unit really suited us. And very quiet. Kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated having a grill on the deck. Management was very responsive when we called about some small repairs

Very easy to get everywhere

Good location to area. Condo was good. Would have been nice to have someone we could ask questions and check in was kind of goofy. But once we got our bearings all was good

Highly Recommended Sarasota Condo

Clean, brand new condo. Everything you could need was supplied. The location is excellent - walking distance to downtown Sarasota. The view from the balcony was our favorite part. We could sit and watch the Pelicans all day! We also enjoyed the pool and gym and found other residents to be be friendly and helpful. Communication with Clara was excellent. She went above & beyond answering our questions including getting us EV charger info.

Perfect Location

We have been coming to Sarasota for a number of years now and this is about one of the best we have found. Everything about our stay experience was first class. As a former Property manager myself I was more than impressed with the standard of professionalism from Clara and the Orquera team. Everything regarding the apartment rental was first class. The apartment was spotless clean and spacious enough for myself and my partner Eleanor, with everything you would need for your stay. The view from the balcony was splendid and the Bed was one of the best and most comfortable I have ever slept in. We will definitely use this company again.
